DS provided a thorough home inspection… DS provided a thorough home inspection with a restraint on the timeline he was given. He checked all major systems, faucets, the roof and the exterior. He was able to provide pictures and videos on a portal that I am able to refer back to as often as I would like.

Complete 4 point inspection Randen arrived at the scheduled time. Introduced himself and informed us of what he was going to do. The inspection was professional and through. Pointers were given and every thing explained in detail. Was very pleased with this young man and his attitude. Exceptional is an understatement. Very Detailed and Thorough Inspector Dartanyan did a very detailed and thorough job. He had multiple ways to confirm or rule out possible moisture spots. He inspected and did air quality testing. His lab gives very understandable results and the lab willingly answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend his company. I have to have testing after remediation is completed and of course I will use his company.
