We needed a fireplace inspection by the next day and he promptly met me and my buyer and completed his inspection with a high tech drone and in a timely fashion. He pointed out the positive points of condition the fireplace as well as the few areas that needed keeping an eye on . My buyer was quite pleased with the professionalism and prompt report delivered later that day as well as a follow up for any questions we might have.

DS provided a thorough home inspection… DS provided a thorough home inspection with a restraint on the timeline he was given. He checked all major systems, faucets, the roof and the exterior. He was able to provide pictures and videos on a portal that I am able to refer back to as often as I would like.

Very Detailed and Thorough Inspector Dartanyan did a very detailed and thorough job. He had multiple ways to confirm or rule out possible moisture spots. He inspected and did air quality testing. His lab gives very understandable results and the lab willingly answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend his company. I have to have testing after remediation is completed and of course I will use his company.
