I contacted my manager Ward at the Greenville office to report a worker at a new post about giving away the clients inventory and he said he did not want to hear it. I mean I took a videos of a guard smoking illegal drugs on the clients property, while on the clock and he said she deserves a second chance. Zero tolerance policy don't matter here as long as you show up they don't care what you do. The only way they care is if the clients complain

Horrible and racist Horrible and racist. On day of interview the individual claim he forgot and would call me back to schedule me. Never happen!! On the day of supposed interview many associates at the san antonio location, ignored me at the door and did not offer any assistance. A black employee openly shook his head and said "no" to the other associates telling them not to speak with me. Clearly a racist company ran by blacks and hispanics with issues. They can take their hate to Jesus and be damn.

ONLY UNTIL SOMETHING BETTER COMES ALONG They pay low wages weekly if you need a job fast, go for it, Otherwise, You are just another warm body, even if you're an ex-policeman. You're just another number who can easily be replaced for any reason at any time. I worked with them for 2 years with an excellent reputation. no recognitions, promotions, or raises. They are great only, until something better comes along, hang in there because something eventually will always come along so much better, unfortunately, it is just that type of job.

I like the idea that they give people… I like the idea that they give people jobs if they pass the background and drug test, the company pays every week and uniforms are free. The managers are ok, there is one Larry McClain who is very unprofessional. He will not relieve you if your relief does not show up. He left a post un manned one night, he talk down to people and he told me the pay was one thing and it was another, but i should have gotten it in writing, when i confronted the guy he got real mad. Very unprofessional.
