The team maintained good communication with us during the whole process. They seemed to coordinate the move almost seamless from our end. We had a good local mover overseas handling the boxes and items. It was not a large move but we were happy with the condition of the goods at arrival. There was one item we wish in retrospect was wrapped a little better. We made a good decision taking the advice of the individual that referred International and the overall performance of the company.

Poor communication Poor communication, enormous delays, extra fees. Beware. Four months and we still don’t have our belongings. Nor can we get answers on belongings left behind that they were positive was going to fit. Extra packaging fees even after house survey and storage fees due to delays that they couldn’t find a reason for

Serious and very competent Company This move was emotionally very important to me because I was moving my mother’s forniture and few precious objects from Italy to the USA. I didn’t have anyone who could recommend a company for the move. I relied on the internet and found International Sea &Air Shipping. From the very beginning, all the steps of the process were extremely smooth. Hillary Cammer was very patient and guided me through the whole process, the Italian shipping partners were very efficient and the final USA moving partners were fantastic, moving with extreme care and opening every item making sure everything was fine. This last part under icy pathway. I highly recommend this company.

Good experience Scary to entrust everything we own to anyone, but the experience could not have gone better! We shipped our belongings from NYC to France without a problem. Everything arrived in great condition and the process was very polished and professional from start to finish.
