GBStraight forward approach. Straight forward approach, top quality service. I was very happy when using this company and already for few times in the past when the owner moved our items himself! Also now when he have certified movers every move is better than the previous, they all good guys take care of the furniture like the own it. The office gave us the right price which include the packing straight to the point. They were very polite and patient with us. I will use them again, and make sure that my kids and my grandkids will use Safeway Moving Inc in every move they make.!

GBGreat service and awesome reply time! Austin helped me secure a professional crew on very short notice (less than 24 hours) for my out of state move. He was super responsive and even stayed a bit past working hours to get the job secured. The crew gave me a time they'd be there and they actually arrived just a little early. The process was super easy; they wrapped up all my furniture, loaded it into the truck and were even gracious to move some stuff I didn't ask for but was much appreciated. Overall, was a great experience and would recommend!

GBMy wife and I used several moving… My wife and I used several moving companies, but decided to hire Safeway Moving because of the broken furniture. They found Andrew and Safeway Moving online, who were punctual, polite and did the job of wrapping the furniture. They also trusted Andrew to move their TV and would recommend them.

GBIncompetent and dishonest company. I paid a premium for professional packing, but Safeway sent movers who packed so poorly and handled the boxes so roughly that some arrived visibly crushed, others with holes so the contents actually protruded. They destroyed all manner of contents, much of it irreplacable (family heirloom china, crystal, handmade pottery, etc.). My turntable was crushed, glass frames broken, a baking dish shattered beyond recognition, a leg torn off from a small antique table, and this does not nearly include the complete extent of the destruction and losses. The driver who made the final delivery was so horrified by the condition of the boxes ,that he took his own photos to submit to the company, telling me that he knew from the paperwork that Safeway had sent an inexperienced crew to pack. But that did not stop him from calling me from the road the day before the delivery, which after more than 3 weeks was already unconscionably late, to tell me I'd owe hundreds more if I wanted my delivery the following day because a "shuttle" transfer was required. Cash only. A complete stick up. When I called the representative who did the original estimate and had known where I was moving to, he actually laughed. Do not be taken in by a friendly and low cost assessment. I have since found out that I am not the only client to report this kind of experience with Safeway. I will be reporting them to the State Attorney General because they have not responded to any of my requests for reparations, and they have been and will continue to treat other clients just as dishonestly. Run. You can and must do better than this.

GBThe complete staff is a breath of fresh… The complete staff is a breath of fresh air. From start to finish all of them was very professional. The truck arrived at 12 noon and was completely loaded within 45 minutes. I was give a date that my items would be delivered but as I was traveling via Air I received a call that they were already close to me which was a day earlier. I really appreciate all of them especially Calvin. He understood my reluctant and gave me peace of mind. Thank you so much
