GBA LOT more expensive than anticipated !anticipated… A LOT more expensive than anticipated and nickel and dimed me for every little thing. And each person I talked to at PODS told me something different. I am really worried about delivery at my destination even though I repeatedly asked over and over whether PODS could deliver in an awkward place. People I talked to warned me about going with PODS. It seems people either love or hate PODS, no in between! And using PODS suggestion for packers and loaders I hope they're getting a KICK BACK, as they are damn expensive also especially for a disabled senior citizen on a limited pension! I'm glad &/or hopeful that I won't need to move again. More but this is still too new and fresh to "relive"!!!

CASave the daffodils! We had a very tight driveway but the POD was installed very carefully. The pickup was even more impressive because he took it out on three wheels so he didn’t hurt any of the daffodils! It was very convenient having it in the driveway so we could fill it over a couple of weeks before scheduling the pickup.

GBIt was so easy to schedule the POD… It was so easy to schedule the POD delivery online and check the status. The man delivering the POD was very professional and took extra care to not damage our grass when putting the POD in the driveway, and allowing us room to put our car in the garage.

GBGreed from PODS! Charging someone for a whole months storage when they are only over their month date by 2-3 days is ridiculous & just plain GREEDY! I have spent thousands of $$ with PODs already but they won't be getting any more of my business and will get bad reviews & recommendations going forward. Why they don't break up their storage rental by at least weeks is beyond me.

GBAll good till final pick up Everything went smoothly till final pick up for empty container, it was supposed to be $60, somehow I was charged $139. They told me because I requested pm pick up so I had to pay extra which was all the lies. One of customer service advisors told me i can request pm pick up (no date was changed), free of charge, apparently it was a lie. Never trust customer service verbally, always request a written emails!
