GB3rd Time and they’ve all been a charm! I’ve used PODS on 3 different occasions, and customer service is always at the forefront of each employee. This time was no exception. In particular, I would like to praise Benjamin, who delivered my POD to my home in Florida after a long, safe travel from Hawaii!. Benjamin provided lots of good insights and helpful hints on PODS placement in my driveway, opening the container after shipment and what the final pickup process would look like. Not planning to move again for a while, but if I do, I will be back!

GBPODS was overall an awesome experience PODS was overall an awesome experience. Their communications of when the POD would be delivered, picked up, redelivered and picked up was very thorough. My driver in VA was exceptionally friendly and kind. My only complaint is they ought to ship the medium size long distance. The small was too small for the task and the large was excessive. But the contents arrived safe and sound and it beats driving a U Haul in my opinion.

GBHelpful team I appreciated the patience and guidance of the staff member over the telephone as we set up the delivery/pick up at both ends of our move. The POD arrived on time and was easy to access and load. A special shout-out to Mark Riddle who delivered the full POD and then picked it up from our Painesville OH address. He was very professional and very thoughtful.

GBSome Misshaps but would use again Travis, the delivery and pick up driver was he best. His communication and transparency throughout the process was top notch. Scheduling the redelivery and pick up of the POD was a bit of a nightmare due to customer service departments not communicating in time. Because of that it cause delays in redelivery by DAYS, adding to the stress and chaos of the move..but overall would use them again.

GBAll good till final pick up Everything went smoothly till final pick up for empty container, it was supposed to be $60, somehow I was charged $139. They told me because I requested pm pick up so I had to pay extra which was all the lies. One of customer service advisors told me i can request pm pick up (no date was changed), free of charge, apparently it was a lie. Never trust customer service verbally, always request a written emails!
