GBAll good till final pick up Everything went smoothly till final pick up for empty container, it was supposed to be $60, somehow I was charged $139. They told me because I requested pm pick up so I had to pay extra which was all the lies. One of customer service advisors told me i can request pm pick up (no date was changed), free of charge, apparently it was a lie. Never trust customer service verbally, always request a written emails!

GBGreed from PODS! Charging someone for a whole months storage when they are only over their month date by 2-3 days is ridiculous & just plain GREEDY! I have spent thousands of $$ with PODs already but they won't be getting any more of my business and will get bad reviews & recommendations going forward. Why they don't break up their storage rental by at least weeks is beyond me.

GBSo far so good So far so good! Still waiting on my POD to arrive at my new destination/home with my belongings (5/6/24), and hopefully that goes well, too. All else has worked out very smoothly with everything happening the exact way customer service explained it would on booking day. Very satisfied customer at this point! Would highly recommend utilizing POD for your traveling and/or continued storage needs.

GBNo hassle moving No hassle moving. Once loaded we only had to arrange for unloading at the destination. Very easy move.
