Greed from PODS! Charging someone for a whole months storage when they are only over their month date by 2-3 days is ridiculous & just plain GREEDY! I have spent thousands of $$ with PODs already but they won't be getting any more of my business and will get bad reviews & recommendations going forward. Why they don't break up their storage rental by at least weeks is beyond me.

Delivery was great and onetime Delivery was great and onetime. However, the load had shifted and the door wouldn't open. It took 30 minutes of hr=ard work to manuever the contents enough to finally open the door. PODS should have a barrier that prevents that from happening. Secondly, I have receive texts tells me to watch for an email to confirm the pick up of one POD and the delivery of a second. I am told that ACTION IS REQUIRED. However, when I go to your website there is nowhere to confirm either! Why do you n=make it so hard to confirm a delivery and pick up?

Great experience with PODS Moving and Storage containers! Great experience with PODS storage containers in every aspect. The office personnel and drivers (dropoff/pickup) were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend PODS to family and friends and I would use them again.

Some Misshaps but would use again Travis, the delivery and pick up driver was he best. His communication and transparency throughout the process was top notch. Scheduling the redelivery and pick up of the POD was a bit of a nightmare due to customer service departments not communicating in time. Because of that it cause delays in redelivery by DAYS, adding to the stress and chaos of the move..but overall would use them again.

A LOT more expensive than anticipated !anticipated… A LOT more expensive than anticipated and nickel and dimed me for every little thing. And each person I talked to at PODS told me something different. I am really worried about delivery at my destination even though I repeatedly asked over and over whether PODS could deliver in an awkward place. People I talked to warned me about going with PODS. It seems people either love or hate PODS, no in between! And using PODS suggestion for packers and loaders I hope they're getting a KICK BACK, as they are damn expensive also especially for a disabled senior citizen on a limited pension! I'm glad &/or hopeful that I won't need to move again. More but this is still too new and fresh to "relive"!!!
