Overall it was a good experience Overall it was a good experience. Our items were packed and stored for two months and then shipped overseas. It arrived a day earlier than expected. All the paperwork was handled by the movers, which was nice. All of our fragile glassware and paintings arrived in tact but a few pieces of antique furniture suffered minor damage and one leg on one of the dining room chairs broke off.

They are the best! From my first contact with the shipping coordinator to my last contact with the movers on the day of the move, everyone was professional, kind, and respectful of our belongings. It was a pleasure working with Rainier. The high quality of their work and their professionalism they bring to their work means so much to families who are already going through a very stressful situation. To know I had them on the job meant a lot! Highly recommend!
