All the paperwork was handled by the movers, which was nice. All of our fragile glassware and paintings arrived in tact but a few pieces of antique furniture suffered minor damage and one leg on one of the dining room chairs broke off.

Importantly, ever thing he said turned out to be true! The crews were helpful and efficient, and the process was made understandable and less stressful because of his company's guidance. Our shipment was picked up in October from Santa Fe, and we received it in our little town in Portugal the day after Christmas.
