They were always answering happily of my question and inquiry. They were arrived on time, and started working immediately . They packed and moved my 1 bedroom apartment within 4 hours. They disassembled and reassembled everything like it was before. I am extremely happy that I use Great Movers service and also I recommend their service to NY people.

I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.
