Thank you to Alex for setting it up everything and making the process smooth. No hidden fees or surprise charges, and there is transparency in cost. They are some hard-working guys. They had us completely in touch in over 4 hours -- which is no easy feat in New York City. I can't recommend them enough. Professional, helpful & incredibly efficient. Moving is always stressful but they do it easy. Well done!

I am extremely happy that I use Great Movers service The customer service was also pretty impressive from Great Movers. I called them couple of times and every time they were polite and constructive. They were always answering happily of my question and inquiry. They were arrived on time, and started working immediately . They packed and moved my 1 bedroom apartment within 4 hours. They disassembled and reassembled everything like it was before. I am extremely happy that I use Great Movers service and also I recommend their service to NY people.

My move seemed to be going as planned until My move seemed to be going as planned until at least three pieces of furniture were damaged. I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.

I really appreciate their effort Suddenly my job was relocated to NYC, and I had to move in two days. I called them and told them my urgency. The next day, they sent three gentlemen to my apartment early in the morning. They were polite, friendly, professional, and hardworking. The move was completed within two and half an hour.
