Never even called, sent me an email about "my purchase" I got an auto-confirmation that they would call me about my quote but they never did, and a week later I got this email thanking me for a purchase, which scared me until I realized that they just don't have their data straight. Get it together with your online tools or just put up a phone number if you can't handle it.

The next day, they sent three gentlemen to my apartment early in the morning. They were polite, friendly, professional, and hardworking. The move was completed within two and half an hour.
