The next day, they sent three gentlemen to my apartment early in the morning. They were polite, friendly, professional, and hardworking. The move was completed within two and half an hour. My move seemed to be going as planned until My move seemed to be going as planned until at least three pieces of furniture were damaged. I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.
