Friendly, careful, efficient, fast Kevin made sure to send his A team for our move. It wasn't that we had a ton of stuff either. He just wanted us to feel comfortable about getting our valuables to a new fifth floor walkup without harm. These guys were courteous, disassembled my furniture, even wrapped my mattress for an extra $10 (well worth the investment). If we had a question or needed to tell them that certain boxes had fragile items in them, they acknowledged it without missing a beat. After all was said and done, Kevin's team clearly explained to us the costs, which were well within our expectations. Considering how efficient they made this process for us, I'd easily recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the NYC-metro area. No scams here!

They were truly great movers. They were truly great movers. They arrived on time, set expectations beforehand, and were diligent and cautious while handling our furniture. What's more, the team was a pleasure to work with. I have relocated multiple times with 7 different local New York City companies, however, NYC Great Movers is by far the best I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend this company enough. Never even called, sent me an email about "my purchase" I got an auto-confirmation that they would call me about my quote but they never did, and a week later I got this email thanking me for a purchase, which scared me until I realized that they just don't have their data straight. Get it together with your online tools or just put up a phone number if you can't handle it.
