Many thanks to them! They were excellent from beginning to end, visited the property to assess and provide a quote, turned up on time on the day, careful and efficient moving. They knew what they were doing and did it well. Took care of all the things.

Do not use Brightside!!! They will scam you! So far my long distance move experience with this company has been awful. The sales agent that originally booked my move (Levi) made promises he wasn’t allowed to make and wasn’t able to deliver on, and the service they contracted for us has been terrible. They showed up 6 hours late and then stayed until 1230am. My fiancé was there alone and they wouldn’t let her leave until she signed a document that increased our total move cost by over 30%. They stated we needed to pay more because we lived on the second floor and our totes were larger than they thought. I was clear about living on the second floor, and clear about the size of these totes during the estimate process. I’ve tried to get Brightside to resolve this, and they either say “too bad for you, you signed the document,” or they say they’ll get back to you and then they go home for the weekend. I wish they would do the right thing, but I think I should abandon hope for that at this point. Avoid this company at all costs!!! They will bait and switch you in a shameless fashion, and take advantage of you instead of help you during your stressful move time.

The team at this company were super helpful! Very impressed by the professionalism and authoritative knowledge. I have moved across so much and so far this is easily the best experience, far better than other big names. I recommended them to my family and they too had a great experience with them.

it was such a pleasure working the bright side moving group it was such a pleasure working with everyone. definitely a solid company to do business with as well as they make sure customers are happy and any and all wrongs are made right. definitely recommend these guys.
