Do not use Brightside!!! They will scam you! So far my long distance move experience with this company has been awful. The sales agent that originally booked my move (Levi) made promises he wasn’t allowed to make and wasn’t able to deliver on, and the service they contracted for us has been terrible. They showed up 6 hours late and then stayed until 1230am. My fiancé was there alone and they wouldn’t let her leave until she signed a document that increased our total move cost by over 30%. They stated we needed to pay more because we lived on the second floor and our totes were larger than they thought. I was clear about living on the second floor, and clear about the size of these totes during the estimate process. I’ve tried to get Brightside to resolve this, and they either say “too bad for you, you signed the document,” or they say they’ll get back to you and then they go home for the weekend. I wish they would do the right thing, but I think I should abandon hope for that at this point. Avoid this company at all costs!!! They will bait and switch you in a shameless fashion, and take advantage of you instead of help you during your stressful move time.

Good job! I don't often write reviews unless I have had an exceptional service and that is exactly what we received from these movers. The people who came to pack our furniture were amazing, they were exceptionally skillful in packing and dismantling our furniture, and our move went smoothly. Thank you all for a great job!!

Best movers! The whole team were absolutely brilliant, very professional and patient in a situation which left them waiting around a long time. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a moving company. These people have no idea how much stress they are taking away from our lives by being so helpful and supportive.
