Thumbs up! We used these movers and they were incredible! The entire experience was flawless. The price was very, very fair as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them for moving, and will use their service's again in the future. Thank you so much for making our move much easier. Do not use Brightside!!! They will scam you! So far my long distance move experience with this company has been awful. The sales agent that originally booked my move (Levi) made promises he wasn’t allowed to make and wasn’t able to deliver on, and the service they contracted for us has been terrible. They showed up 6 hours late and then stayed until 1230am. My fiancé was there alone and they wouldn’t let her leave until she signed a document that increased our total move cost by over 30%. They stated we needed to pay more because we lived on the second floor and our totes were larger than they thought. I was clear about living on the second floor, and clear about the size of these totes during the estimate process. I’ve tried to get Brightside to resolve this, and they either say “too bad for you, you signed the document,” or they say they’ll get back to you and then they go home for the weekend. I wish they would do the right thing, but I think I should abandon hope for that at this point. Avoid this company at all costs!!! They will bait and switch you in a shameless fashion, and take advantage of you instead of help you during your stressful move time.

it was such a pleasure working the bright side moving group it was such a pleasure working with everyone. definitely a solid company to do business with as well as they make sure customers are happy and any and all wrongs are made right. definitely recommend these guys.

I recommend their services! Team responded quickly to me for an emergency situation and were able to squeeze us in for a pick up in a very short amount of time. They were professional, courteous and documented everything. I would highly recommend them for any moving needs.

Brilliant! These guys are brilliant- we’ve had to do a phased move and wouldn’t want anyone doing it. We’ve done three moves with them so far and they have been intelligent, practical, thorough, careful, kind and incredibly respectful with our stuff. They go the extra mile with great, cheerfulness. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.
