CAExtremely delayed shipment - bad communication I moved to Ottawa from LA on August 4, it's September 20th and my stuff still isn't here. At the beginning, the agent gave me a very rosy picture, my stuff would arrive within a couple of weeks. Now that they charged me in full, It's been extremely frustrating to get even an estimate of when my stuff will arrive. I've been living in an empty house for weeks and I have no idea when I will receive my belongings. I understand the pandemic would cause problems, as it did for so many businesses, but I wish they were at least honest with me so that I could've planned accordingly. I hate to be writing this before my experience is complete, but I've been waiting and waiting to receive my things and it's been almost 7 weeks.

INShipping by Air Sunset moved me to London when I got promoted in my company and was given an opportunity to work over seas. I sold most of my stuff and shipped a dresser, some art and clothes by Air. The company took care of the expense which was more than I would of paid but the experience was quick and painless. Everything arrived over seas in 3 days and they also helped me unpack. Expensive move but good performance by the team.

GBGreat Staff Sunset was great to work with. I'm not going to say my over seas move wasn't stressful because it was but they helped a lot with everything. It wouldn't have been possible without them. It was nice they were willing to just give me general info about international shipping and their practices without being lured into paying something right away. They let me take my time to decide and respected my wishes. I weighed out my options and in the end I'm happy I used them. It was nearly a month long shipping journey but I can say for certain they give you your money's worth in service.

GBArtwork and Furniture Sunset Movers were very accommodating to all of my needs and questions. I had a large studio setup with artwork and furniture that I moved to London for Show and to work/live there while the exhibition was up. The moving team and the customer service guys had a great attitude. They arrived up on time and called ahead to confirm they were coming on time. No hiccups, lots of hard work by them, and great communication. Half way through the move I became way more relaxed knowing they had everything under control.

ESGreat communication for our international move (Brooklyn NY to London) We moved from Brooklyn NY to London. The packers were quick and efficient and got the job done for a two bedroom apartment in about 2 hours. When we finally got our stuff 4 months later due to shipping delays, two things broke, but they were quick to respond to the claim and I got the pay out quickly too. I would say the communication is fantastic and we were always kept up to date with the progress and received fast responses to our queries. Not to mention, this was one of the cheapest quotes we got so I would recommend them.
