Great communication for our international move (Brooklyn NY to London) We moved from Brooklyn NY to London. The packers were quick and efficient and got the job done for a two bedroom apartment in about 2 hours. When we finally got our stuff 4 months later due to shipping delays, two things broke, but they were quick to respond to the claim and I got the pay out quickly too. I would say the communication is fantastic and we were always kept up to date with the progress and received fast responses to our queries. Not to mention, this was one of the cheapest quotes we got so I would recommend them.

Extremely delayed shipment - bad communication I moved to Ottawa from LA on August 4, it's September 20th and my stuff still isn't here. At the beginning, the agent gave me a very rosy picture, my stuff would arrive within a couple of weeks. Now that they charged me in full, It's been extremely frustrating to get even an estimate of when my stuff will arrive. I've been living in an empty house for weeks and I have no idea when I will receive my belongings. I understand the pandemic would cause problems, as it did for so many businesses, but I wish they were at least honest with me so that I could've planned accordingly. I hate to be writing this before my experience is complete, but I've been waiting and waiting to receive my things and it's been almost 7 weeks.

Shipped car & boxes. No issues… We Used Sunset to ship my car and a few boxes. I've been trying to sell my Station Wagon & downsize for months now. When my brother who lives in England said he'll take it and help out with Shipping expenses, I decided to look into it. Sunset made the process easy and much more affordable than I thought. I was assuming it was going to be near 5 figures but it wasn't half bad. The vehicle & 8 boxes of things he wanted arrived at a drop off point. My brother checked it out and said it was in great shape. He sent me a bunch of pictures of how everything arrived and it all looked great!

Excellent service When working with sunset, the staff made such an impression on me because of their positive and hardworking attitude from the start of the move to the end. They have a good team of people who go above and beyond. I say this because my girl owns a closet full of just shoes and bags and we also just purchased a brand new dresser for our room, it was packed so well and properly- not a single part damaged or broken!! Toronto Made Easy These guys made our move possible! They helped my brother and I move out of our apartment into our new one Toronto. They even gave us all the boxes we needed at no charge.
