Shipping by Air Sunset moved me to London when I got promoted in my company and was given an opportunity to work over seas. I sold most of my stuff and shipped a dresser, some art and clothes by Air. The company took care of the expense which was more than I would of paid but the experience was quick and painless. Everything arrived over seas in 3 days and they also helped me unpack. Expensive move but good performance by the team.

Extremely delayed shipment - bad communication I moved to Ottawa from LA on August 4, it's September 20th and my stuff still isn't here. At the beginning, the agent gave me a very rosy picture, my stuff would arrive within a couple of weeks. Now that they charged me in full, It's been extremely frustrating to get even an estimate of when my stuff will arrive. I've been living in an empty house for weeks and I have no idea when I will receive my belongings. I understand the pandemic would cause problems, as it did for so many businesses, but I wish they were at least honest with me so that I could've planned accordingly. I hate to be writing this before my experience is complete, but I've been waiting and waiting to receive my things and it's been almost 7 weeks.

Honolulu This wasn't a two men and a truck operation. It was a full organized team with great partners in Hawaii. It was both excited and a nerve wracking at the same lading a new job in Honolulu. Sunset helped me get everything I needed there without costing me my whole checking account. They had lower tiered option that made this move very management with money spare from my budget. Everything got there without any hassle. Everyone handled themselves very professionally and treated me well. This turned out to be a very smooth situation. Can't thank you guys enough.

Toronto Made Easy These guys made our move possible! They helped my brother and I move out of our apartment into our new one Toronto. They even gave us all the boxes we needed at no charge. Once everything arrived nothing came in damaged, they made sure to take care of the paperwork details as well. When we started our search for moving out of the country we felt confused and overwhelmed. Working with Sunset made the whole ordeal feel much more manageable.

Thank You! Sunset was contacted and hired to do a business move for an expanding company that was opening a new headquarters in Liverpool. We needed office furniture shipped. We also needed the belongings of 3 of our main employees shipped as well. From our personal experience we felt Sunset did a phenomenal job taking good care of our belongings and handling the paper work for over seas transport. This was a large move and for the price that was paid we were expecting high quality service. Sunset delivered and met our expectations. Insurance, which was a must was very reasonably priced. I personally recommend using the Full container load option when shipping by Sea Vessel. Cheers
