Jersey City - Brooklyn Had success with Kerb last week. Overall the move was made easy and the movers did a very good job. Before the move got underway they helped me find a rate plan that worked for me so I could get some help packing without paying top dollar for good service. Communication was great the whole time. I didn't see one thing that was damaged or even scratched when I was unpacking and organizing. My move was from Jersey City to Brooklyn. They were far less stressful to deal with compared to everywhere else that I called in the area. Would use again.

My experience with Kerb was was great My experience with Kerb was was great! They helped me every step of the way. Any time I emailed or called someone always got back to me within an hour max. I was dealing with a tight budget and specific time frame because I work in the evenings but they made it work! The driver was incredibly nice. Come to think of it the whole team I dealt with was patient, accommodating and friendly which made the whole move soooo much easier. Working with people you got along with makes things 100 times easier. Thank you guys again! I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

LD Move First time using a moving company. Moved from CA to AZ. Packed most of the household myself. Kerb packed items bigger than a moving box. Maybe 99% of the goods were received undamaged. So no complaints there. Kerb needs to provide the customer with a one page summary of the estimates. It was confusing to receive multiple itemized estimates. The actual bill was per the agreed estimate. FYI, budget 10-15 boxes per room. The 10 boxes estimate was not for me. The first estimate was based on 10 boxes/room. So my moving cost was adjusted for the additional boxes. Need a better way to provide an estimate. Overall, Kerb is a honest company to work with. Kerb provided great customer service. They kept me updated on the move/delivery.

Good Work Guys Service was great from the moment I contacted them to final moments when they were helping me move furniture around so I wouldn't be left with that job later by myself. Every call and email I sent out to them was responded to without much delay. 2 movers worked clean and stayed on time throughout the whole move. Management followed up with me the day after to confirm I was happy with the service that was provided. Indeed I was, it was quite affordable too.
