GB100% worth the money spent I'd recommend Kerb to anyone moving out of state. I got the run around over and over when I was attempting to set up my move from Denever to Nashville. After our first conversation over the phone I felt much better about this business than all the others I spoke with. I feel like out of state moving is such a grey area to most moving companies. Many don't have much experience but claim they do. Kerb was clear on their pricing and very easy to work with. They handled all the heavy lifting and expedited the entire move from start to finish. There isn't a single negative comment I can think of about them. They made our transition smooth. I don't say this often about movers but these guys were worth the price.

GBLD Move First time using a moving company. Moved from CA to AZ. Packed most of the household myself. Kerb packed items bigger than a moving box. Maybe 99% of the goods were received undamaged. So no complaints there. Kerb needs to provide the customer with a one page summary of the estimates. It was confusing to receive multiple itemized estimates. The actual bill was per the agreed estimate. FYI, budget 10-15 boxes per room. The 10 boxes estimate was not for me. The first estimate was based on 10 boxes/room. So my moving cost was adjusted for the additional boxes. Need a better way to provide an estimate. Overall, Kerb is a honest company to work with. Kerb provided great customer service. They kept me updated on the move/delivery.

GBGreat for an Out of State Move It takes double the effort to get someone comfortably moved to a new state compared a new area of town. It costs double the price which is why I felt I needed to be much more careful when selected a company to handle our move. Kerb offered competitive rates and most importantly worked within our schedule. We didn't need try and squeeze into a day or time they had available. We knew when wanted to move and they were able to honor. A few highlights about this business: - Movers are very outgoing and work hard. No oddballs or kids trying to make extra money. They all were professional hard working guys with experience. - Rates were transparent. No fine print, gas fees or surprise charges - They didn't arrive on time... they arrived early. First time I've seen that! Moving out of state isn't easy but these guys made the best of it and we're thankful we hired them for the job.

GBI did not have a positive experience… I did not have a positive experience with Kerb. I hired them based on my friend's research helping me find cross country movers but unfortunately the information his research was based upon did not reflect the positive reviews Kerb had received. I was charged to have items packed in boxes the size of refrigerators I had previously stored in my cabinets and drawers like pillows, towels and blankets besides other light weight non-fragile items because it was not clearly communicated to me before the movers arrived, it was against their policy. When my furniture and boxes finally arrived, the movers did not wear masks even though we're in the middle of a pandemic, and they placed heavy boxes on top of fragile items so I ended up with broken plates that were in boxes clearly labeled "fragile: glass". I also noticed my items that were already covered in plastic were over wrapped in sticky brown packaging tape that was difficult to remove. One of my rugs was wrapped so tightly that it no longer rolls flat because it's creased in many areas by the tape. Many of my plastic storage containers arrived cracked with missing handles so I can no longer use them and the labels they used cannot be removed. Someone from Kerb called me to check in with me about the move and left a message on my voice mail but then he emailed me that he had spoken with me on the phone and that I communicated to him that the move went well which I never did. When I contacted him, he said he thought I was someone else even though he knew my name in the correspondence. I recently filled out a claims form about the damaged items and I received an email that they have approximately up to 120 days to determine the results of the claim which seems like a very long time for a customer to wait. I hope I will be compensated for the items damaged by Kerb even though it's determined by weight instead of the actual value of the items.

GBGreat Attention to Details Kerb was on time, friendly, with excellent rates. I truly appreciated all their hard work and attention to detail. We have a couple pieces of very large furniture that didn't get scratched or the walls for that matter. There isn't a single criticism I can think of to give them. They had the move under control the whole time. The day after our move I received an e-card thanking ME for my business. Lots of attention to detail from these guys. Really good customer service and hospitality.
