GBFragile Move Kerb was used to ship only extremely fragile stuff that I was uncomfortable handling myself. I thought it would be a wiser choice to have someone with professional experience handle it. Before confirming anything I called and asked if they could handle a move with just fragile items. Without hesitation and lots of confidence in the tone of the voice the gentleman over the phone said their movers have done many movers handling fragile items. They moved 3 vases, 2 chandeliers, dishware and a Glass coffee table for me with nothing chipping or scratching. They gave me a very reasonable rate for it to get to San Francisco and they got it there quickly too.

GBKerb Makes It Easy This was easy because this company was very organized for the whole move. I wanted to ship my brothers furniture that he didn't want anymore to our home. I paid upfront and kerb got it done with zero issues. We live in Seattle, the furniture was in San Fran. I was uncertain if they could handle the distance but within in two days it all got here. A full living room set and some nice tables that we set up in our basement. Pricing never changed and their arrival time estimate was pretty accurate. My brother dealt with the first part of the move and I dealt with the movers on the receiving end. Communication was good the whole time and the furniture arrived nicely wrapped!

GBThanks Kerb! The team did an amazing job at getting all of our stuff safely from Denver to Phoenix, with zero damage. Even if damage did a occur, we set up insurance with them since it was a longer move. The dispatch team helped coordinate and plan everything so arrive would stay within the promised time we planned for. Rates never changed and the moving guys showed up on time. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was way less stressful then we prepared for. Such a great surprise at how easy everything turned out to be.

GBMy experience with Kerb was was great My experience with Kerb was was great! They helped me every step of the way. Any time I emailed or called someone always got back to me within an hour max. I was dealing with a tight budget and specific time frame because I work in the evenings but they made it work! The driver was incredibly nice. Come to think of it the whole team I dealt with was patient, accommodating and friendly which made the whole move soooo much easier. Working with people you got along with makes things 100 times easier. Thank you guys again! I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

GBI did not have a positive experience… I did not have a positive experience with Kerb. I hired them based on my friend's research helping me find cross country movers but unfortunately the information his research was based upon did not reflect the positive reviews Kerb had received. I was charged to have items packed in boxes the size of refrigerators I had previously stored in my cabinets and drawers like pillows, towels and blankets besides other light weight non-fragile items because it was not clearly communicated to me before the movers arrived, it was against their policy. When my furniture and boxes finally arrived, the movers did not wear masks even though we're in the middle of a pandemic, and they placed heavy boxes on top of fragile items so I ended up with broken plates that were in boxes clearly labeled "fragile: glass". I also noticed my items that were already covered in plastic were over wrapped in sticky brown packaging tape that was difficult to remove. One of my rugs was wrapped so tightly that it no longer rolls flat because it's creased in many areas by the tape. Many of my plastic storage containers arrived cracked with missing handles so I can no longer use them and the labels they used cannot be removed. Someone from Kerb called me to check in with me about the move and left a message on my voice mail but then he emailed me that he had spoken with me on the phone and that I communicated to him that the move went well which I never did. When I contacted him, he said he thought I was someone else even though he knew my name in the correspondence. I recently filled out a claims form about the damaged items and I received an email that they have approximately up to 120 days to determine the results of the claim which seems like a very long time for a customer to wait. I hope I will be compensated for the items damaged by Kerb even though it's determined by weight instead of the actual value of the items.
