Both times, I have been blown away by the friendly and efficient moving service. Sales is very helpful and responsive. The teams of movers on the day of are consistently on time, extremely fast and very kind. The movers even helped us to pack extra stuff and throw away trash. During storage both times, we had to change our delivery address and the customer service has been super helpful in making adjustments. We couldn’t recommend Dumbo more for both short and long distance moves.
