The entire experience has left me… The entire experience has left me incredibly frustrated! Initially, I was promised three guys to move my baby grand piano, but only two showed up. They damaged a post outside my house during the process, and the piano sustained further damage because of its weight and inadequate manpower. Trying to claim has been a lengthy and unclear process, exceeding three weeks. I cannot recommend them unless you want your items damaged and frustration to follow.

I used Dumbo Moving for my recent move… I used Dumbo Moving for my recent move from UWS to LES. The quote was reasonable and the crew were so helpful and kind. In the past I've tried to save money going through Task Rabbit thinking that it would be less expensive. However, it cost more than DUMBO Moving and both times had damage to my furniture. The customer service from start to finish was excellent! Even the supervisor came by at the end to see if I was satisfied. I'd highly recommend this company.

The descended upon my NY suburban have like a whirlwind leaving no box unopened and no item neglected. Stress-free The last freaking thing I wanted to be worrying about during this stressful move is something being lost or broken in transit. However, when they go to our house they had the same concerns as me and that helped me know that they would just be that much more careful. The good news is they were indeed that much more careful and every last thing arrived in the same order it went out the door.
