I worked with Brian on scheduling and logistics for the project, and she was so responsive, communicative, and organized! Her quick and thorough correspondence definitely made them the obvious choice in a moving company for us.

We appreciated their professionalism... We appreciated their professionalism, hard work, and how efficient they were. They were a great team. They packed the truck quickly, went up and down a lot of stairs, and nothing was broken. They were kind, and we appreciated all their hard work.

Different names so be careful of that as well. They are just a company that hire movers basically a crappy booking agent. I payed a deposit to secure movers and it never happened. Once they get your money they stop communicating with you. You think by canceling they would abide but nope they find any way they can to not refund you. And honestly it seems that’s why they will stop communicating so you can’t get a refund. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services. Please be cautious and do thorough research before booking with any company to prevent such incidents from happening to you. Please stay away to avoid money loss and the headache. *********************************************************** I booked the movers with a customer service rep by the name of Phil from Starline Movers LLC. I called my bank and Lancaster Vanline LLC cashed the check and I never heard of the company until I called my bank. I called Lancaster Vanline LLC and they acknowledged you guys are together. Because why is this company cashing the check. That’s fraud! I wish you guys took this much concern when it was time to move my things.

Brian and Kevin helped me move... Brian and Kevin helped me move last month and did an excellent job! There was a mix-up by my condo management company, and the loading dock we were using was double booked. The team of movers stayed calm, flexible, patient, and positive, even though the move ended up taking a lot longer than expected! I really appreciate your kindness and flexibility.
