They are a scam They are a scam. I gave them a list of furniture I would be taking. They gave me a false quote when I first called and talked to Curtis. The night before pick up I received a call from a woman telling me they could not take the SAME LIST I gave Curtis because it wouldn’t fit andI would have to pay more for more space and take less. I did pay. Then the day of pick up a moving van from another company showed up and the man told me they could not take the SAME LIST I gave the woman the night before because there was not enough space. They still didn’t take everything on the list, but after I told them this was a scam and to forget taking anything, they agreed to take 20 medium size boxes I had packed for ANOTHER $200. Again I paid. They said delivery would take between 5-21 days. Tomorrow will make 30 days and they still have not delivered the furniture and boxes. We called last week and the said it would be delivered this week. It was not. We called again this week and they said next week. I have reported them to the BBB and will report them to the Attorney General tomorrow. Next will be a letter from my attorney. Twice they said they would look into it and call us back. They NEVER called us back. Plus, Curtis told me they would pack everything for me and use their own boxes and tape. When I got the phone call the night before pick up she told me they do not do that and she doesn’t know why he told me that. So I had to rush and pack everything myself the night before and run to Walmart to buy boxes in a hurry. Do not use this company.

Their professional Their professional, efficient crew of three arrived and got right to work. They had quite a commute and called before they arrived with an estimated arrival time, and they met that time. Right before they arrived, our realtor contractor had shown up, and they were very courteous and accommodating to him as he set up. Two of the crew members got right to work while one of them took care of the paperwork. They loaded quickly, and we’re on their way. They met me in Portland and at our new residence, where parking is scarce, but they made it workable. 5 stars!

ONLINE SCAMMERS Buyer beware, these are online scammers, it is not a legitimate business. Take it from me, once they cash your check, you’re on your on. They will block your number, you can’t reach them through regular business hours. All their positive reviews are posted by them don’t believe them. They go by the name StarLine Van lines and when they cash the check it goes by the name Lancaster Van Lines. Use another legitimate movers like Budget or even UHaul. I honestly cannot recommend these SCAMMERS to anyone. The ring leader scammer his name is Phil

Different names so be careful of that as well. They are just a company that hire movers basically a crappy booking agent. I payed a deposit to secure movers and it never happened. Once they get your money they stop communicating with you. You think by canceling they would abide but nope they find any way they can to not refund you. And honestly it seems that’s why they will stop communicating so you can’t get a refund. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services. Please be cautious and do thorough research before booking with any company to prevent such incidents from happening to you. Please stay away to avoid money loss and the headache. *********************************************************** I booked the movers with a customer service rep by the name of Phil from Starline Movers LLC. I called my bank and Lancaster Vanline LLC cashed the check and I never heard of the company until I called my bank. I called Lancaster Vanline LLC and they acknowledged you guys are together. Because why is this company cashing the check. That’s fraud! I wish you guys took this much concern when it was time to move my things.

Using Starline worked out great Using Starline worked out great, the movers were all very nice!! Honestly everything was fantastic, it did take forever (three weeks) but I mean, I had a really small shipment going across the country, I knew that was a possibility. These guys were great, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. The movers were really kind and helpful guys, and they got everything I needed. The moving process is so freaking rough, I couldn't pick a company for the life of me. I'm really glad I settled on these guys.
