Different names so be careful of that as well. They are just a company that hire movers basically a crappy booking agent. I payed a deposit to secure movers and it never happened. Once they get your money they stop communicating with you. You think by canceling they would abide but nope they find any way they can to not refund you. And honestly it seems that’s why they will stop communicating so you can’t get a refund. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services. Please be cautious and do thorough research before booking with any company to prevent such incidents from happening to you. Please stay away to avoid money loss and the headache. *********************************************************** I booked the movers with a customer service rep by the name of Phil from Starline Movers LLC. I called my bank and Lancaster Vanline LLC cashed the check and I never heard of the company until I called my bank. I called Lancaster Vanline LLC and they acknowledged you guys are together. Because why is this company cashing the check. That’s fraud! I wish you guys took this much concern when it was time to move my things.

Using Starline worked out great Using Starline worked out great, the movers were all very nice!! Honestly everything was fantastic, it did take forever (three weeks) but I mean, I had a really small shipment going across the country, I knew that was a possibility. These guys were great, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. The movers were really kind and helpful guys, and they got everything I needed. The moving process is so freaking rough, I couldn't pick a company for the life of me. I'm really glad I settled on these guys.

Not a shipping company, only brokers. Run away. When I needed to ship furniture and housewares from Belmont, MA to Austin, TX and San Francisco, CA I received an accceptable quote from a man named Phil at Starline Van Lines. When the movers showed up to pick up everything they refused to continue loading my freight unless I agreed to an additional 20% shipping cost. When I asked to speak with a manager over the phone I was told by her, "I don't give a damn what some broker somewhere has quoted you. Sign, or we will put everything back inside." At that point I realized I had been lied to and that Starline Van Lines is not s hipping company, but a shipping broker. I emailed and called Starline. They did not respond to my emails or return my phone calls when I tried to get a refund for the difference. I finally gave up. This company will give you fake quotes to get your business and let you hang when an actual shipper shows up and demands more money. At which point you are screwed. Do not do business with these crooks.

Starline Van Lines helped me with a… Starline Van Lines helped me with a move from California to FL and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The movers selected were awesome! Responsive and very professional when it came to packing. After looking through so many movers (many with bad reviews) I came across this company which was highly rated and the only bad reviews were people claiming they didn’t get a deposit returned after canceling .. well.. this didn’t apply to me as I needed to move and wasn’t planning on canceling lol and the movers were great so that was a plus! Would recommend .

Amazing moving company! Amazing moving company! They carried my stuff with care and even gave me extra help! They were punctual and took my things delicately. Everything went perfectly, and booking was really simple. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Starline Vanlines. I recommend them 100%.
