Great experience 10/10 I had such a positive moving experience. Brian, Victoria, and Fabian and his crew handled everything beautifully. The were on time, neat, responsive, and handled all of my furniture with such care. Everything arrived safely and they set everything back up perfectly for me. They were punctual, polite, helpful, and professional. Thank you for such a smooth and easy moving experience! I am so grateful!

I had a great experience with Starline… I had a great experience with Starline Vanlines. I moved from New York to Florida due to wanting to be close to my family. Their cancellation policy was completely irrelevant to me as I was moving 100% lol why do people book moves if they aren’t moving? Sounds a bit weird to me, but anyways. New York was way too crowded and expensive so moving to FL had much more benefits. Their carrier showed up on time and did an excellent job with the little future I had. They packed within the hour and left after all the paperwork was signed. Upon Florida they unloaded it into my family’s home and all items arrived in good conditions. Price was okay but can’t complain. Would recommend.

Honestly everything was fantastic, it did take forever (three weeks) but I mean, I had a really small shipment going across the country, I knew that was a possibility. These guys were great, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. The movers were really kind and helpful guys, and they got everything I needed. The moving process is so freaking rough, I couldn't pick a company for the life of me. I'm really glad I settled on these guys.

They are a scam They are a scam. I gave them a list of furniture I would be taking. They gave me a false quote when I first called and talked to Curtis. The night before pick up I received a call from a woman telling me they could not take the SAME LIST I gave Curtis because it wouldn’t fit andI would have to pay more for more space and take less. I did pay. Then the day of pick up a moving van from another company showed up and the man told me they could not take the SAME LIST I gave the woman the night before because there was not enough space. They still didn’t take everything on the list, but after I told them this was a scam and to forget taking anything, they agreed to take 20 medium size boxes I had packed for ANOTHER $200. Again I paid. They said delivery would take between 5-21 days. Tomorrow will make 30 days and they still have not delivered the furniture and boxes. We called last week and the said it would be delivered this week. It was not. We called again this week and they said next week. I have reported them to the BBB and will report them to the Attorney General tomorrow. Next will be a letter from my attorney. Twice they said they would look into it and call us back. They NEVER called us back. Plus, Curtis told me they would pack everything for me and use their own boxes and tape. When I got the phone call the night before pick up she told me they do not do that and she doesn’t know why he told me that. So I had to rush and pack everything myself the night before and run to Walmart to buy boxes in a hurry. Do not use this company.
