GBWe moved from South Florida We moved from South Florida to Columbus, Ohio and are extremely happy that we chose this moving company for our move. Many of their employees/drivers have worked for them for years, which speaks highly of their organization. From start to finish, our long distance move was smooth! The driver who picked up our belongings also delivered them, and he was THE BEST!!! Request Victor if you can - you won't be disappointed! Both crews who loaded and unloaded were respectful, efficient and very nice. We had a dedicated rep who we could call for anything, and she kept us informed all along the way.

GBAmazing moving company! Amazing moving company! They carried my stuff with care and even gave me extra help! They were punctual and took my things delicately. Everything went perfectly, and booking was really simple. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Starline Vanlines. I recommend them 100%.

GBI had a great experience with Starline… I had a great experience with Starline Vanlines. I moved from New York to Florida due to wanting to be close to my family. Their cancellation policy was completely irrelevant to me as I was moving 100% lol why do people book moves if they aren’t moving? Sounds a bit weird to me, but anyways. New York was way too crowded and expensive so moving to FL had much more benefits. Their carrier showed up on time and did an excellent job with the little future I had. They packed within the hour and left after all the paperwork was signed. Upon Florida they unloaded it into my family’s home and all items arrived in good conditions. Price was okay but can’t complain. Would recommend.

GBNot a shipping company, only brokers. Run away. When I needed to ship furniture and housewares from Belmont, MA to Austin, TX and San Francisco, CA I received an accceptable quote from a man named Phil at Starline Van Lines. When the movers showed up to pick up everything they refused to continue loading my freight unless I agreed to an additional 20% shipping cost. When I asked to speak with a manager over the phone I was told by her, "I don't give a damn what some broker somewhere has quoted you. Sign, or we will put everything back inside." At that point I realized I had been lied to and that Starline Van Lines is not s hipping company, but a shipping broker. I emailed and called Starline. They did not respond to my emails or return my phone calls when I tried to get a refund for the difference. I finally gave up. This company will give you fake quotes to get your business and let you hang when an actual shipper shows up and demands more money. At which point you are screwed. Do not do business with these crooks.
