Responsive and very professional when it came to packing. After looking through so many movers (many with bad reviews) I came across this company which was highly rated and the only bad reviews were people claiming they didn’t get a deposit returned after canceling .. well.. this didn’t apply to me as I needed to move and wasn’t planning on canceling lol and the movers were great so that was a plus! Would recommend .

There was a mix-up by my condo management company, and the loading dock we were using was double booked. Different names so be careful of that as well. They are just a company that hire movers basically a crappy booking agent. I payed a deposit to secure movers and it never happened. Once they get your money they stop communicating with you. You think by canceling they would abide but nope they find any way they can to not refund you. And honestly it seems that’s why they will stop communicating so you can’t get a refund. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services. Please be cautious and do thorough research before booking with any company to prevent such incidents from happening to you. Please stay away to avoid money loss and the headache. *********************************************************** I booked the movers with a customer service rep by the name of Phil from Starline Movers LLC. I called my bank and Lancaster Vanline LLC cashed the check and I never heard of the company until I called my bank. I called Lancaster Vanline LLC and they acknowledged you guys are together. Because why is this company cashing the check. That’s fraud! I wish you guys took this much concern when it was time to move my things.

Great service Great service. Super affordable. They Helped us from start to finish. We barely had to lift a finger. 10/10 for sure. I already recommended my family who are planning to move out of state.
