Awful awful awful Awful awful awful. Bernadette is an awful person to deal with, assuming no responsibility for anything that went wrong, which was basically everything. They were late, a man short, had the wrong vehicle, broke stuff, lost stuff, were abusive in the street to each other and drive off before we could inspect the vehicle. Provided no boxes. Avoid at all costs, and don’t believe a word she says. Edit: You’re welcome, but it’s not a nasty review. It’s a fair and honest appraisal of you and your service. You don’t (can’t!) deny any of my complaints, yet you refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. That was the choice you made. So don’t complain about your review.

Avoid this company. Care move incorporating Dale and Daughters Solihull. Avoid at all costs. Fantastic sales pitch; they arrived late and wanted to leave early therefore, the job was rushed; very poor service with no concept of customer care; they tried to charge us more than the agreed cost.

I found my move to be stress free from… I found my move to be stress free from start to finish. The men were polite and very helpful. I found the proprietor very caring and thoughtful. Bernadette put us at ease. Although we had a few different removal dates they were very patient towards our needs.

EASIER THAN EXPECTED MOVE We recently used Care Move in Sutton Coldfield for our house move. Bernadette came out to assess and quote for our needs. She was straight forward, yet friendly and we liked her honest approach. We did not seek a quote from another company because we felt comfortable with Care Move. We rang several times before our move for advice and Lorraine was always bright, cheerful, and helpful with lots of tips. (she is lovely) She is the person we would like on the end of the phone whenever we have to ring a company. We were impressed with the lads who did the move. They were a great bunch, Paul, Ken, Dylan, Sam and Macaully. We had a lot to move inspite of downsizing, but they swiftly emptied the house without causing any damage. It was hard work but their cheery banter and reassurance took a lot of the stress away from the move. They were easy to communicate with, knew their craft and though not ever ever wanting to move again, we would not hesitate in using them.

I moved to Yorkshire and could not have… I moved to Yorkshire and could not have had a better moving team. Phil and Jay were kind, helpful and super quick. They arrived in Yorkshire not long after me which was fantastic and got the whole job done by just after lunch. They took great care of my things and the properties and even dismantled and reassembled a large motorised bed. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.
