Move good but disappointed with company after breakage Lazy packing of one very expensive item led to breakage and company refused to accept responsibility. You can see their reply had it have packed and marked properly and not wrapped in one of my quilts in an unmarked box then it would be in tact like the rest of my chattels

Care Move is well named - an excellent company Bernadette and her team were all very friendly and helpful. My disabled brother was moving home and the removal team were fantastic, extremely helpful and efficient. My brother was moved out and settled into his new home in no time at all. Care Move provided an excellent service, all stress free !

Avoid this company. Care move incorporating Dale and Daughters Solihull. Avoid at all costs. Fantastic sales pitch; they arrived late and wanted to leave early therefore, the job was rushed; very poor service with no concept of customer care; they tried to charge us more than the agreed cost.

Care Move…AMAZING AGAIN We moved last weekend using Care Move again after using them for our last move 7 years ago. The same experience was found: speedy, on time, efficient, polite, funny, helpful and the strongest crew we have ever seen. Bernadette and Lorraine were absolutely fabulous with arranging our date and being flexible even on a Friday and arranging boxes, we needed more. Amazing local service. A big huge thank you to all. Top service - went the extra mile What a fantastic service we received from Phil & the two Pauls! Despite a miscommunication from head office and other unforseen obstacles, the team on the day went above and beyond to get us moved in within the expected time frame.
