Received a call the day before the… Received a call the day before the agreed day of the move to say they couldn’t undertake the work. They did find another removal company for me however the whole experience was less than satisfactory.

I moved to Yorkshire and could not have… I moved to Yorkshire and could not have had a better moving team. Phil and Jay were kind, helpful and super quick. They arrived in Yorkshire not long after me which was fantastic and got the whole job done by just after lunch. They took great care of my things and the properties and even dismantled and reassembled a large motorised bed. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

What a great service What a great service! Our removal professionals turned up on time. They were so happy and positive. Care was taken with all our stuff i was so impressed. Care Move were fantastic Care Move were fantastic! We moved last august and it was the first time we have ever used a removals company - and we made the right choice! Bernadette and Lorraine were both really helpful and informative. The quote given was really reasonable and they actually came to the property to do a thorough quote (which many other companies we contacted didn't bother to do!). Boxes and packing paper were delivered a month before our move, which gave us plenty of time to get everything packed. On the moving day, Tom and Isaac arrived 15 minutes early and were really friendly. They were so quick with loading and unloading the van. Both guys were keen to do a professional job. We were really impressed with how they worked. Would definitely recommend Care Move - a professional company who knows their stuff!

Avoid this company. Care move incorporating Dale and Daughters Solihull. Avoid at all costs. Fantastic sales pitch; they arrived late and wanted to leave early therefore, the job was rushed; very poor service with no concept of customer care; they tried to charge us more than the agreed cost.
