If you are looking for a timely and communicating mover look elsewhere Recently hired High End Movers for a move from Colorado to Wisconsin. This just happened so we have not received our items yet but I am so disgusted with the management of the company I wanted to get this off my chest. I facilitated the expectations with an individual in management that has not answered emails, phone calls or texts. I do receive a call back from someone else hours after I have called leading up to the move. I had asked numerous times for a solid date as when the moving company would arrive. Received a hard time of 9AM-Noon, Crew didn't show up till 5PM. Estimator came at the same time and increased the original quote from 1350 CF to 3800 CF. I anticipated an increase but not 3X. Either way crew starts loading a Uhaul truck with a capacity of 1600-1700CF. They literally load half of the truck and leave for the night. They said they will be back at 9AM but don't show up till Noon the next day. Return with another 1600-1700 truck and pack it full. Say they are done when there is still more to load??? Why did you leave with a half empty truck?? Workers were polite and steady but not the most aggressive. The manager/estimator never returned a phone call. Not very happy with the overall experience.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! This was absolutely the best moving experience I have ever had. Today was moving day and I was so impressed with the three guys that moved me. Jake, Marlon, and Gary blew me away. They were fast, courteous and careful They had to take apart my platform bed and an extremely heavy desk. And then carefully move them and put them back together.

Highly recommended! I was using movers for the first time and my friend recommend me to call these movers for moving process. The people were very nice. I was very stressed but they cleared all our difficulties and gave us all information about the moving process. Because of their given details my moving process was stress free.

I recommend the movers to all We moved on fairly short notice. I contacted these movers for a quote about a week ahead of time, packed up in a weekend, and moved down to TN with 2-day drop-off for all of our stuff. We were able to secure a truck and transport at a fair price, especially compared to other long-distance moving solutions we had considered.

I want to applaud the company for having outstanding movers that are fast yet not careless which is why I will continue doing business and will continue to request the two for future needs.
