These movers were incredible They worked super hard and had to deal with some seriously steep and plentiful stairs, all without complaining once. My entire move took 3 hours from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would love to use them again for my next moves.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!!!!! As usual with these moving companies, they charge you more upon arrival to pick up your items and the initial sales team REFUSES to respond to changes to the inventory list before hand. I was very thorough in my inventory list with the sales person, including the number of boxes and those box sizes and that my sectional couch was a specific size, Well he underquoted me and did not relay anything about my boxes or my entire inventory list to the movers. The movers brought a smaller truck and didnt know if they could fit all of my belongings and charged me $1k more for my stuff. Sales guy....still MIA. His name is Daniel C. AND, they refused to take my 60% payment upon pickup which they then said was going to be a 70% payment. So they left with my belongings and I haven't paid them, so will I ever see my stuff again? No one at their offices will ever answer the phone or emails. The voicemail boxes are full. Guess I'll be pinging BBB and the DOT.

Thanks a lot, for doing such a good job! The day on the move everything went really well and really smooth the gentleman did a nice job wrapping and packing the furniture and also a nice job with helping out with packing items. They packed everything with care so nothing is damaged.

If you are looking for a timely and communicating mover look elsewhere Recently hired High End Movers for a move from Colorado to Wisconsin. This just happened so we have not received our items yet but I am so disgusted with the management of the company I wanted to get this off my chest. I facilitated the expectations with an individual in management that has not answered emails, phone calls or texts. I do receive a call back from someone else hours after I have called leading up to the move. I had asked numerous times for a solid date as when the moving company would arrive. Received a hard time of 9AM-Noon, Crew didn't show up till 5PM. Estimator came at the same time and increased the original quote from 1350 CF to 3800 CF. I anticipated an increase but not 3X. Either way crew starts loading a Uhaul truck with a capacity of 1600-1700CF. They literally load half of the truck and leave for the night. They said they will be back at 9AM but don't show up till Noon the next day. Return with another 1600-1700 truck and pack it full. Say they are done when there is still more to load??? Why did you leave with a half empty truck?? Workers were polite and steady but not the most aggressive. The manager/estimator never returned a phone call. Not very happy with the overall experience.

Mediocre, overpriced. Fake Google reviews on their profile. To give a fair review to High End Movers, we used their service to move from Texas to Arizona. They are really efficient up to the point where they get your deposit. After that your agent is completely helpless and keeps guiding you to unresponsive company contacts. The cargo will be picked up later than what they promised and they will not guarantee the delivery date or even tell you where your things are. They make you pay a portion of cost in cash which is shady. The organization's management, logistics and customer service are highly disorganized with no one in touch with customers knowing where their things are or when will they be moved. They hire local companies and charge high commission. They don't pay their employees well and over work them. I suggest organizing your move using either a different company or hiring multiple local firms instead of giving your hard earned money to these middle men.
