Mediocre, overpriced. Fake Google reviews on their profile. To give a fair review to High End Movers, we used their service to move from Texas to Arizona. They are really efficient up to the point where they get your deposit. After that your agent is completely helpless and keeps guiding you to unresponsive company contacts. The cargo will be picked up later than what they promised and they will not guarantee the delivery date or even tell you where your things are. They make you pay a portion of cost in cash which is shady. The organization's management, logistics and customer service are highly disorganized with no one in touch with customers knowing where their things are or when will they be moved. They hire local companies and charge high commission. They don't pay their employees well and over work them. I suggest organizing your move using either a different company or hiring multiple local firms instead of giving your hard earned money to these middle men.

Warning.. Update : I received an email from them and was supposed to get answers it has been 2 weeks since then , no call’s or emails. Before I had hired this company I thought I had did my research I did a quick Google search and found various reviews that were good and uplifting and showed professionalism in this company. Myself my husband and my infant daughter were moving across Colorado to Florida and needed a moving company quickly. We went through someone named Maria who was located in Texas and I felt trusting in her and their company and their promises.Soon after they receive your money there was no contact I would have to call them several times emailed them several times I felt like I had to harass them to know where my belongings were. We hired them to move our things from May and to deliver on June 1 today is August 14 and we still have not been able to get a definite date of delivery today .I have been calling for hours with no one to answer the phones.Andrew their customer service representative has promised me several times that someone was going to get in contact with me over the last 60 days but with no luck. Fair Warning!!.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! This was absolutely the best moving experience I have ever had. Today was moving day and I was so impressed with the three guys that moved me. Jake, Marlon, and Gary blew me away. They were fast, courteous and careful They had to take apart my platform bed and an extremely heavy desk. And then carefully move them and put them back together.

Thanks again! Today I requested these movers again to help with additional items that needed to be moved. Another success story on what a great job they did. I want to applaud the company for having outstanding movers that are fast yet not careless which is why I will continue doing business and will continue to request the two for future needs.

Good work! Great and such a hardworking crew with a very polite and calm attitude with their clients. I was so impressed, like the way they worked for me. They were excellent and I highly recommend them. If we need loading or unloading in the future, we will hire them again.
