If a unit is purchased through Auction, the staff requests important papers or pictures be brought up so they can attempt to deliver or have picked up by original owner. Thought this was very nice.

poor, poor service and treatment Since we began our partnership many manager and price changes have taken place. Each time a new manager arrives, cost goes up, and late charge dates change. Managers and their staff are rude and indifferent to the voice of need or question of the buyer. Terrible customer service or concern. They don’t even pretend to care. There is an aire if superiority and control. Cannot wait to move to another facility, even at a higher rate
