GBNever answer the phone The facility is nice and the one interaction I had with staff was polite and insightful, but my only issue with the place so far is any time I’ve tried to call they never answer. The machine always says they’re probably out walking the property, but there’s these new inventions called cell phones that allow you to answer your phone when not sitting in the office... maybe you guys should try one out.

GBThe manager here is a LIAR The manager here is a LIAR. I was sent a BILL for $0.30 when I went to my unit I noticed a red lock (their lock) so I took my lock off and left. I messaged her a couple days later and asked why the red lock was on my unit she blatantly lied and for your protection cause there was no other lock on the unit. I immediately said something to her. And she got rude with me. Then I asked her if the lock was off my unit she said had to get permission to remove it. HORRIBLE service and she’s a LIAR I would not keep my belongings here

GBAlways have had a positive encounter… Always have had a positive encounter when speaking with staff. Nice location. Hoping they add additional covered storage for RVs.

GBI have been unemployed due to covid I have been unemployed due to covid. I asked was there anything I could do to prevent losing my things and the response was my stuff is going to auction if I don’t pay $418. I’ve been a customer so long! I can’t believe I ask for help and there is nothing that can be done.
