Billing Continues after Requesting Account to be Closed I have asked them in writing for the last 2 months to close my account and I am still receiving bills for a monthly fee. We were emailing and they stopped responding to my emails.

The manager here is a LIAR The manager here is a LIAR. I was sent a BILL for $0.30 when I went to my unit I noticed a red lock (their lock) so I took my lock off and left. I messaged her a couple days later and asked why the red lock was on my unit she blatantly lied and for your protection cause there was no other lock on the unit. I immediately said something to her. And she got rude with me. Then I asked her if the lock was off my unit she said had to get permission to remove it. HORRIBLE service and she’s a LIAR I would not keep my belongings here

I've used circle storage in Colerain… I've used circle storage in Colerain township for years and have always had great service by them. The storage units are kept clean and bug free. The lot is always clean.

I really like the facility but… I really like the facility but on multiple occasions the access door code has not worked. I have had to go to the office to alert them of this many times. There has also been 2 occasions where the access code would not work and no one was in the office or answering the phone. One of the times I had a moving truck, which I had to extend the rental because of this issue. That cost me extra money. Its a nice facility and easy access, when it works.

Never answer the phone The facility is nice and the one interaction I had with staff was polite and insightful, but my only issue with the place so far is any time I’ve tried to call they never answer. The machine always says they’re probably out walking the property, but there’s these new inventions called cell phones that allow you to answer your phone when not sitting in the office... maybe you guys should try one out.
