GBThe manager here is a LIAR The manager here is a LIAR. I was sent a BILL for $0.30 when I went to my unit I noticed a red lock (their lock) so I took my lock off and left. I messaged her a couple days later and asked why the red lock was on my unit she blatantly lied and for your protection cause there was no other lock on the unit. I immediately said something to her. And she got rude with me. Then I asked her if the lock was off my unit she said had to get permission to remove it. HORRIBLE service and she’s a LIAR I would not keep my belongings here

GBI have been unemployed due to covid I have been unemployed due to covid. I asked was there anything I could do to prevent losing my things and the response was my stuff is going to auction if I don’t pay $418. I’ve been a customer so long! I can’t believe I ask for help and there is nothing that can be done.

GBBilling Continues after Requesting Account to be Closed I have asked them in writing for the last 2 months to close my account and I am still receiving bills for a monthly fee. We were emailing and they stopped responding to my emails.

GBThe people a Circle Storage are great! The people a Circle Storage are great! I've never had an issue there while storing my camper for several years now. The only suggestion I would like to see happen is to clean up the place. When I go into the facility I am greeted with cars and campers that have not moved in several years. It really is depressing when seeing all of the rusted cars with flat tires that are quite an eyesore. Perhaps move them to a location that is "out of sight" from the rest of the storage.
