GBpoor, poor service and treatment Since we began our partnership many manager and price changes have taken place. Each time a new manager arrives, cost goes up, and late charge dates change. Managers and their staff are rude and indifferent to the voice of need or question of the buyer. Terrible customer service or concern. They don’t even pretend to care. There is an aire if superiority and control. Cannot wait to move to another facility, even at a higher rate

GBBilling Continues after Requesting Account to be Closed I have asked them in writing for the last 2 months to close my account and I am still receiving bills for a monthly fee. We were emailing and they stopped responding to my emails.

GBThe manager here is a LIAR The manager here is a LIAR. I was sent a BILL for $0.30 when I went to my unit I noticed a red lock (their lock) so I took my lock off and left. I messaged her a couple days later and asked why the red lock was on my unit she blatantly lied and for your protection cause there was no other lock on the unit. I immediately said something to her. And she got rude with me. Then I asked her if the lock was off my unit she said had to get permission to remove it. HORRIBLE service and she’s a LIAR I would not keep my belongings here
