I really like the facility but… I really like the facility but on multiple occasions the access door code has not worked. I have had to go to the office to alert them of this many times. There has also been 2 occasions where the access code would not work and no one was in the office or answering the phone. One of the times I had a moving truck, which I had to extend the rental because of this issue. That cost me extra money. Its a nice facility and easy access, when it works.

Billing Continues after Requesting Account to be Closed I have asked them in writing for the last 2 months to close my account and I am still receiving bills for a monthly fee. We were emailing and they stopped responding to my emails.

Why you should rent from Circle Storage in Harrison, OH People are exceptionally nice and organized. Like this facility very much. Rates are fair. If a unit is purchased through Auction, the staff requests important papers or pictures be brought up so they can attempt to deliver or have picked up by original owner. Thought this was very nice.

Great Customer Service I received great customer service from the property manager. He was efficient, friendly and courteous to me. I enjoyed speaking with him.

I asked was there anything I could do to prevent losing my things and the response was my stuff is going to auction if I don’t pay $418. I’ve been a customer so long! I can’t believe I ask for help and there is nothing that can be done.
