Their sales associate Sandi convinced me to cancel my uhual reservation because it was “too expensive” and then I was charged DOUBLE what she quoted me on pick up day. She told me 3-5 days and I am on day 15 still waiting for my things in a new city in an empty apartment. Also was not transparent with me about the truck moving my actual belongings would have OTHER PEOPLE’s stuff in there too and multiple delivered would be made before they even get to mine. Do not waste your time with these people. No common sense or courtesy whatsoever

Do not use this company. It’s a scam and a rip off. This company doesn’t even deserve one star I don’t know how this company remains in business this company go to F rating and better business. They screwed me out of my $3500 deposit. How do you spoke with a Perry and listen to all his lies and David along with his lies the sad part is I trusted him. I signed a contract immediately I called and emailed back and said I will move 150 boxes myself because I couldn’t afford the $8000 estimate. I gave them two weeks for them to make the proper arrangement of storage on the truck for my final pick up. They never called me back. I have documentation I have pictures emails, phone records the day of the move. They finally talk to me and said they still would charge me 4500 hours even if I only had 12 things to put on the truck this company I don’t know how they can stay in business oh I know is they’re dishonest under a bunch of pigs.

I have never used movers before and was a little skeptical, but their team was very skilled, professional and friendly. They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any future moves.
