After having horrifying experiences… After having horrifying experiences with other movers, I was reluctant to trust any moving company to move my belongings. Long Haul Moving & Storage was very professional, fair, nice and took great care of my items. I'd 10/10 book with them again in the future! I don't even create reviews like this, but I had to take the time out to leave one for this amazing company

superb ☺️ During severe storms our family hired long haul moving & storage to transport some inherited furniture from Ky to Fl area. These movers excellent in all respects. They were efficient in their communication, punctual in their arrival, careful with the furniture and reasonably priced. The weather restrictions prevented us from renting a truck and driving it back ourselves, which was our original plan. But thankfully the team was proven as rescue for us.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - We received an estimate to move our stuff across the country. It was the best price, so we decided to move forward with this company. We updated our inventory a couple times to try and make sure it was as accurate as possible. When movers arrived, the foreman told me they had things like a single dresser listed, when it should’ve been a double. The foreman told us they constantly have problems like this because the sales people don’t ask the right questions in order to give the best estimate. We then had to pay an extra $1600 for the additional space we needed on the truck. We tried speaking with customer service about this and the gentleman was adamant that their team would have asked us the right questions, and he constantly spoke over me, and was incredibly rude and not willing to work with us. Overall absolutely awful experience because the estimate we received was no where near what we actually had to pay and customer service is incredibly rude.

I am always skeptical about moving… I am always skeptical about moving companies not having the same care with your items to move faster! But with this company I must say I was completely proven wrong! Very great customer service and truly helped me in every way possible. The service was fast and safe, with a step by step process to make you understand the steps they take. I would recommend anyone in search of these services to hire this company! Amazing service and truly get your value for your dollar!
