Recommended! The movers were not only on time, they were actually early and willing to start early too. The movers were fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They got everything done quickly, do quickly they had remaining time which they used to put a huge bed together in the bedroom for me. I’m very grateful and thankful that i decided to choose these movers.

Great movers! After searching for a moving company and seeing the reviews here I had no doubt I wanted to use this company! I dealt with a lady and she was so lovely, a real personal touch and professional. We had 3 guys come out, they arrived in time and got stuck straight in! These 3 were machines and worked so hard!! As we only moved over the road, they helped us move some larger items on wheels cross the road, going above and beyond our expectations! I would have no reservations to recommend this company!!

We contacted Bronze Star Moving and… We contacted Bronze Star Moving and Storage and their pitch was that they would be our main contact throughout the move until everything wad settled. They are strictly a broker and charge you 30% just to put you in touch with a mover which you never know until the day they show up. Ours was TicToc Moving which is another review. Duing the move we were being double charged for packing materials that the mover forgot to bring. I contacted our representative at Bronze Star and she told us to Claim it on the delivery end. The mover wouldn't take our goods if we didn't pay the charge in cash. After the move we had over half our goods damaged or destroyed. We claimed th double charge on our claim and were told too bad. We couldn't claim it. I contacted Bronze Star but no response. Then after the claim was filed I never received the check from TicToc so I once again contacted Bronze Star but no response so I contacted them again and still no response. I guess being my main contact only applies until the goods are picked up.

Thanks a bunch, you guys are superb! Thanks for moving and completing a dreadful move. On time and more were delivered upon request. They were competent, trustworthy and very well-organized. I will certainly recommend them to all my friends and family.
