We contacted Bronze Star Moving and… We contacted Bronze Star Moving and Storage and their pitch was that they would be our main contact throughout the move until everything wad settled. They are strictly a broker and charge you 30% just to put you in touch with a mover which you never know until the day they show up. Ours was TicToc Moving which is another review. Duing the move we were being double charged for packing materials that the mover forgot to bring. I contacted our representative at Bronze Star and she told us to Claim it on the delivery end. The mover wouldn't take our goods if we didn't pay the charge in cash. After the move we had over half our goods damaged or destroyed. We claimed th double charge on our claim and were told too bad. We couldn't claim it. I contacted Bronze Star but no response. Then after the claim was filed I never received the check from TicToc so I once again contacted Bronze Star but no response so I contacted them again and still no response. I guess being my main contact only applies until the goods are picked up.

Good Job! I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the movers worked, packing up my entire home in just a few hours. The moving crew was also incredibly helpful in setting up my new home, taking care to place furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them.

I will recommend this moving company to anybody in need of a reliable mover. It took only 5 hours to finish what was expected to take 7 hours. I expected it to take considerably longer, but the foreman and his four workers made everything happen in a flash.

They were efficient, speedy, amicable, and well-informed. They completed the job swiftly, leaving enough time to assemble a large bed in the bedroom. I am thankful and appreciative that I opted for these movers.
