GBFLAWLESSLY!! These loaders possessed exceptional spatial awareness, precisely completing their tasks even in tight quarters.

GBBest movers! Very clear with what was going to happen in what time frame, prompt to respond to correspondence and questions from me, and their delivery team were exceptional. I was very happy with them and would use them again without hesitation.

GBGreat service! Absolutely great service the team were very professional, polite and courteous. They moved the items we had agreed and also some extra ones I’d forgotten about. They were quick and efficient. Really great service - I’d definitely use this company again.

GBWe contacted Bronze Star Moving and… We contacted Bronze Star Moving and Storage and their pitch was that they would be our main contact throughout the move until everything wad settled. They are strictly a broker and charge you 30% just to put you in touch with a mover which you never know until the day they show up. Ours was TicToc Moving which is another review. Duing the move we were being double charged for packing materials that the mover forgot to bring. I contacted our representative at Bronze Star and she told us to Claim it on the delivery end. The mover wouldn't take our goods if we didn't pay the charge in cash. After the move we had over half our goods damaged or destroyed. We claimed th double charge on our claim and were told too bad. We couldn't claim it. I contacted Bronze Star but no response. Then after the claim was filed I never received the check from TicToc so I once again contacted Bronze Star but no response so I contacted them again and still no response. I guess being my main contact only applies until the goods are picked up.

GBIf I could give them a zero star If I could give them a zero star, would do so. This is not a moving company, it is a company that bids on moves and then farms them out to other carriers. Any bid they give you is meaningless. Any document you sign with them is meaningless. The “real” movers show up on moving day, and add to the bid, send you a new bill of lading. Today( moving day) we were given a choice—pay the the new cost which was 60% higher than what we thought our firm bid and bill of lading was, reduce our load (which did not change from the original “binding” estimate) or cancel and forfeit our deposit of over $1000.
