So impressed with this amazing team of… So impressed with this amazing team of people. They moved my house buyer in and then went on to help us move when we were let down by our removal firm. David was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out. Thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic Rate and Immensely Accommodating After my first mover was having issues, Rockstar was able to pick up my stuff and transport it to me across state lines, and at a fantastic rate by coupling my move with another on their route. They also helped me find an automotive transport for my car. Great customer service resulted in a quick and painless process.

Moving is hard enough but then the movers - don't just don't Exactly a year after I moved I had to move again. It was like someone was timing me and said, "That's enough comfort - let's move her again." I had a great experience with the movers a year ago but no, I had to see if there was a better deal. Well in steps Rockstar Pro Movers. It sounded like a good deal but not in the end. Their movers were slow, so slow they were looking at their phone while slowing walking back to the house. It ended up double the time and cost as the previous year. Yep! Double!! They wrapped items with so much tape that I had to cut off several sides to get it all off. Oh, did you catch that - I had to unwrap it. Talking about wrapping, they used moving blankets to wrap my diningroom chairs. I thought that was thoughtful until they told me everything was stacked and the blankets were to remain with me (in storage) and I had to buy them!!! I could go on and on but you get the picture. Next time I will definately be using the previous movers. I obviously do not recommend this company. They'll take advantage of you.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. We were moving from one 3 bed/2 bath house, into another about 3 miles away. They took the entire day (our previous move took 4 hours and we had everything packed into uniform sized stackable plastic bins), didn't finish the job (leaving 15% of my stuff on the lawn at the old house, suggesting they'd come back tomorrow to finish), I had to physically be involved in moving the upright piano as their 3 man crew (was promised 4 men) couldn't manage it on their own. And yes, they were made aware when booked that there was a piano. They damaged my television, credenza, master bed night stands, and broke a desk. After finishing the job on DAY TWO, the crew had the audacity to ask for gratuity. We had pre-paid 15% of labour costs as gratuity at booking. I would NOT recommend.

No Rockstars here This was the shortest move I've done in 2 years from the valley to the city, 22 miles. The crews that worked, were professional, prompt - all around awesome. However, there was one 20 x 20 framed piece of art that never made it to my new place, as well as a box. I packed and numbered every box myself and upon arrival, I checked off each box except for 1, as well as the framed art. Aside from getting the runaround about that, I was told that I "misunderstood" the manager's confirmation that they'd hold my belongings for a night or 2, even up to a week without charging me the $200/mo fee but for their paperwork it had to be there. Then i was terrorized to pay the monthly fee for 2 nights. They claim the minimum is 3 hours. However on unloading day, it took Alex and his helper 1.5 hours to unload but next thing I know I'm being held hostage for 4.5 hours - because it took 1.5 hours to load my items from storage into the truck. It's basic math but I was definitely overcharged and robbed. Supposedly there's a claims department that will get back to me. Just like the Alex said the owner would get back to me ... UPDATE: Wow - The owner finally contacted me! All I can say is his reply is more inflated than his rates and professionalism. I didn't refuse to pay anything, Issac offered because it was straight move with no packing or unpacking, there wasn't even any unwrapping of furniture because I did it but then again what mover isn't a terrorist who just takes whatever they want while gaslighting you. I didn't even sign the form stating that I received all of my items but Alex said the owner would contact me and sort it out. I'll never see my framed & signed Andre Saraiva Mr A ever again due to their lack of professionalism and thoroughness. And if asking one to repeat themselves or spell out their name (but sound it out instead) because I can't understand their accent or "perfect English" is not at all racist, it's asinine.
