GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. We were moving from one 3 bed/2 bath house, into another about 3 miles away. They took the entire day (our previous move took 4 hours and we had everything packed into uniform sized stackable plastic bins), didn't finish the job (leaving 15% of my stuff on the lawn at the old house, suggesting they'd come back tomorrow to finish), I had to physically be involved in moving the upright piano as their 3 man crew (was promised 4 men) couldn't manage it on their own. And yes, they were made aware when booked that there was a piano. They damaged my television, credenza, master bed night stands, and broke a desk. After finishing the job on DAY TWO, the crew had the audacity to ask for gratuity. We had pre-paid 15% of labour costs as gratuity at booking. I would NOT recommend.

GBRockstar Removals Fantastic Would definitely recommend Rockstar Removals, they were professional, careful with all my belongings, well priced given some of the ludicrous quotes I'd had, would definitely use again in the future, thanks David and Billie Jo, you made the whole experience pain free and given that it was pouring down I didn't think that'd be possible.

GBMANY ITEMS DAMAGED MANY ITEMS DAMAGED. Sadly I am still waiting for Isaac to inform me when they can repair the multiple scratches done to my floor, desk, china cabinet and the sticky residue that won't come off my expensive monitor screen. Disappointing that they damaged multiple items and didn't mention it when they must have been aware. Then no return emails when I email them, placating on the phone and so far empty promises of planning to repair the damage they did but no date set and starting to smell like a rat.....

GBNo Rockstars here This was the shortest move I've done in 2 years from the valley to the city, 22 miles. The crews that worked, were professional, prompt - all around awesome. However, there was one 20 x 20 framed piece of art that never made it to my new place, as well as a box. I packed and numbered every box myself and upon arrival, I checked off each box except for 1, as well as the framed art. Aside from getting the runaround about that, I was told that I "misunderstood" the manager's confirmation that they'd hold my belongings for a night or 2, even up to a week without charging me the $200/mo fee but for their paperwork it had to be there. Then i was terrorized to pay the monthly fee for 2 nights. They claim the minimum is 3 hours. However on unloading day, it took Alex and his helper 1.5 hours to unload but next thing I know I'm being held hostage for 4.5 hours - because it took 1.5 hours to load my items from storage into the truck. It's basic math but I was definitely overcharged and robbed. Supposedly there's a claims department that will get back to me. Just like the Alex said the owner would get back to me ... UPDATE: Wow - The owner finally contacted me! All I can say is his reply is more inflated than his rates and professionalism. I didn't refuse to pay anything, Issac offered because it was straight move with no packing or unpacking, there wasn't even any unwrapping of furniture because I did it but then again what mover isn't a terrorist who just takes whatever they want while gaslighting you. I didn't even sign the form stating that I received all of my items but Alex said the owner would contact me and sort it out. I'll never see my framed & signed Andre Saraiva Mr A ever again due to their lack of professionalism and thoroughness. And if asking one to repeat themselves or spell out their name (but sound it out instead) because I can't understand their accent or "perfect English" is not at all racist, it's asinine.

GBThe movers were on time The movers were on time, fast, efficient and very professional. The estimated time for the move was 5-6 hours and the move took 4 hours. I highly recommend this company based on my move. Thank you.
