GBDO NOT USE ROCKSTAR PRO MOVERS! DO NOT USE ROCKSTAR PRO MOVERS!! I cannot stress this enough! Rockstar Movers lie, have terrible communication, and are overall extremely unprofessional. We were moving all our stuff from California to Arizona. I was told the truck and movers would be there Monday between 8am and 10am. Even though we paid for the “White Glove” service where they disassemble and pack everything for us, we still had most of our stuff packed in boxes ready to go for them. By Noon on Monday no one had showed up. I called asking for an update, I was told I would get a call right back – No one called. I called again at 4:00pm, again with a promise someone would call me back – No one called. I called at 5:00pm and was told the truck will be there the next day. No apology, no reason why they didn’t show up, just they will be there Tuesday between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. They did show up on Tuesday, so we made our way to Arizona. The Rockstar contract reads that they will call you and confirm you are available to receive your items. Once they do that the truck will arrive 3-4 days later. We received that call on a Saturday. We were told the truck will arrive to drop off our stuff by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday came and gone and no truck came. Still no truck by Friday, so I called and asked for an update. I was told I would get a call right back – No one ever called back. I sent an email asking for an update on Saturday hoping I would get a reply on Monday. No reply. I called on Tuesday (one week after the truck was supposed to be there) and the trend of someone telling me they would call me back and never do continued. To jump ahead…2 weeks after the truck was supposed to arrive and after many calls and emails, I received a call from Brian, apparently a manager, at 9:00pm at night. He apologized and didn’t understand why our stuff was put in storage and he would absolutely call me to confirm a date our stuff would arrive…HE NEVER CALLED BACK! When our stuff finally arrived 18 DAYS after we were told it would arrive, they only has one local guy to unload, and reassemble, all our stuff. He was a nice guy, but 1 guy to unload a and reassemble a 2 bedroom house?! He would have been there working for 2 days if myself and a friend would not have helped unload. (So much for the “White Glove” service!) Rockstar Movers lie, have terrible communication, and are overall extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE ROCKSTAR MOVERS!!!

GBThe Good & The Bad When I moved into my apartment I moved 3 beds, a computer stand, 3 drrssers, chairs & one tv ftom upstairs. 3 tvs, couch, loveseat, two end tables, a kitchen table, pots/pans & other kitchen items. Everything went AMAZING! when I moved out of the apt I only moved 3tvs, 3 beds, pots/pans & kitchen items hut it took twice as long and cost me twice as much. I do not understand how that happened. Very upsetting & disappointing 😞 😔

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. We were moving from one 3 bed/2 bath house, into another about 3 miles away. They took the entire day (our previous move took 4 hours and we had everything packed into uniform sized stackable plastic bins), didn't finish the job (leaving 15% of my stuff on the lawn at the old house, suggesting they'd come back tomorrow to finish), I had to physically be involved in moving the upright piano as their 3 man crew (was promised 4 men) couldn't manage it on their own. And yes, they were made aware when booked that there was a piano. They damaged my television, credenza, master bed night stands, and broke a desk. After finishing the job on DAY TWO, the crew had the audacity to ask for gratuity. We had pre-paid 15% of labour costs as gratuity at booking. I would NOT recommend.
