Sadly I am still waiting for Isaac to inform me when they can repair the multiple scratches done to my floor, desk, china cabinet and the sticky residue that won't come off my expensive monitor screen. Disappointing that they damaged multiple items and didn't mention it when they must have been aware. Then no return emails when I email them, placating on the phone and so far empty promises of planning to repair the damage they did but no date set and starting to smell like a rat.....

They also helped me find an automotive transport for my car. Great customer service resulted in a quick and painless process.
