Sadly I am still waiting for Isaac to inform me when they can repair the multiple scratches done to my floor, desk, china cabinet and the sticky residue that won't come off my expensive monitor screen. Disappointing that they damaged multiple items and didn't mention it when they must have been aware. Then no return emails when I email them, placating on the phone and so far empty promises of planning to repair the damage they did but no date set and starting to smell like a rat.....

Good to hire! Any moving company that asked for up front payment is more than likely just they want money. But after using this company I have a good experience at all!

What a team! Rockstar Pro Movers was professional from start to finish. Super effort by the guys from Rockstar. Hard workers and very patient with my disorganization on the day. Big thanks to you guys!

Horrible experience Horrible experience. We were moving from one 3 bed/2 bath house, into another about 3 miles away. They took the entire day (our previous move took 4 hours and we had everything packed into uniform sized stackable plastic bins), didn't finish the job (leaving 15% of my stuff on the lawn at the old house, suggesting they'd come back tomorrow to finish), I had to physically be involved in moving the upright piano as their 3 man crew (was promised 4 men) couldn't manage it on their own. And yes, they were made aware when booked that there was a piano. They damaged my television, credenza, master bed night stands, and broke a desk. After finishing the job on DAY TWO, the crew had the audacity to ask for gratuity. We had pre-paid 15% of labour costs as gratuity at booking. I would NOT recommend.
