Carl was my main contact at United… Carl was my main contact at United Express Moving & Storage, and he impressed me with his knowledge and expertise in the moving industry. He provided me with all the information I needed and kept me updated throughout the move. The moving crew was also very professional and efficient, and they delivered my belongings from Il to Ut quickly and safely.

Peaceful Service! Superb Movers-Very professional and arrived promptly. They dismantled my belonging, loaded them into the moving truck, and then reassembled them in my new apartment all in under three hours. I really recommend it.

Please Stay Away Don’t use, they tell you what you want to hear, write a contract with exactly what you want to see and find out it means nothing. They take your money and promise you the world but it’s all moot, their contract isn’t close to the contract you have to sign with the actual company who moves your items. They are a broker, nothing more, nothing less. They claim they vet all the companies they work with, yet the company who they hired told me United Express are all cheats and liars. When you call them to complain about being lied to, they tell you it’s your fault. No accountability, just sign their contract and be on your own after.

These guys straight up took 1.5k from… These guys straight up took 1.5k from me. They require a massive deposit and give you 3 days to cancel I tried to cancel at 73 hour mark said I missed it by an hour refused to give any thing back. After 30 minutes offered to give me 700. What a pile crap this company is. Look at the BBB they are littered with bad reviews. Straight up criminals

BEST MOVERS IN THE USA I was contacted by Jim to go over my quote for my move from San Diego, CA to Vero Beach, FL. Jim was very detailed throughout the process, he walked through my home with me and calculated 1,278 Cubic Feet with a price tag of $7,324.36. I had them assist with packing from my garage as well. I had 5 quotes all together and after going down the check list Jim provided me, not 1 other company was fully transparent regarding additional fees like Jim was. The crew arrived 9:30am and immediately got to work. They were very kind and careful while packing and wrapping our most prized belongings. The delivery took 5 days and was just as seamless as the pickup. The guys put everything back together and unpacked for us. NOT 1 DAMAGED ITEM. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. United Express is the best there is.
