Everything is good so far Everything is good so far, but I don’t appreciate Neighbor forcing us to send invites every time in order to stay as top host. I get it, it helps to market you, but it in no way reflects us as top host with customers. It comes off a bit tacky and desperate. Other than that I would still recommend Neighbor via word of mouth.

I’ve been a host for over 8 Months now… I’ve been a host for over 8 Months now and love the experience. I’ve had three different renters storing a boat, construction trailer, and an RV. Each paid the rate Neighbor auto set for me with smart pricing and each renter stayed ~2-3 months each. Overall an excellent experience!

Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

I would recommend Neighbor Neighbor has been really awesome. We are making money with our unused land. The folks who run Neighbor do regular check-ins to see how I'm doing and give lots of tips and advice on what I can change/improve my page to attract more clientele. Every time ive had and issue they respond very quickly to my emails. I love it!

A very good space for parking I started to use the parking lot since September this year. There is no untowards incident occurred so far. The driver share to use the same parking lot is very nice and friendly. Besides, the parking lot secured with a lock which can prevent from other people easy to get in.
