SPAM CENTRAL! The service is OK depending on which property owner you get. But don't let them get ahold of your email address, you will get constant spam, even if you were just browsing. And you can't leave a review on their website, which only posts 5 star reviews.

I would recommend Neighbor Neighbor has been really awesome. We are making money with our unused land. The folks who run Neighbor do regular check-ins to see how I'm doing and give lots of tips and advice on what I can change/improve my page to attract more clientele. Every time ive had and issue they respond very quickly to my emails. I love it!

Very Good, Could be Great My experience has been good in getting a response from the company in a timely & satisfactory manner. It would be great if you could also help us get more renters & faster. I've been trying to rent my garage for over a month at your suggested price but have not found a suitable renter yet. Seems like not many people know about Neighbor.com

Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

I’ve been a host for over 8 Months now… I’ve been a host for over 8 Months now and love the experience. I’ve had three different renters storing a boat, construction trailer, and an RV. Each paid the rate Neighbor auto set for me with smart pricing and each renter stayed ~2-3 months each. Overall an excellent experience!
