It would be great if you could also help us get more renters & faster. I've been trying to rent my garage for over a month at your suggested price but have not found a suitable renter yet. GBRenter Beware I was told I would be paying 180.00 per month for a garage. I'm actually paying 220.00 due to monthly'service fees' that were never mentioned while signing up. They make you pay through the app so you don't have a choice. 360.00 PER YEAR IN SERVICE FEES THAT YOU WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN A HEADS UP ABOUT. THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. IM NOW QUITTING NEIGHBOR (BUT ILL BE STAYING IN THE SAME PLACE IF YOU GET MY MEANING)

GBCustomer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

GBThe company has been great The company has been great, I have rented out almost all of my spaces in the first 2 weeks. Their response time for call backs is very short.Very happy with them.
