Each paid the rate Neighbor auto set for me with smart pricing and each renter stayed ~2-3 months each. Overall an excellent experience!

Have extra space make extra money You have to wait till the end of the month to receive payment and then that takes a few processing days. Neighbors platform has a few fees that you want to keep in mind. Customer service is pretty responsive for the most part. Make sure if you’re offering a discounted price on first month that they’ll be renting for additional months also. So far it’s ok to use

I am happy with the storage area and… I am happy with the storage area and arrangement I found through Neighbor. I am parking my Class A motorhome at the Tanger Outlets in a designated parking area. It is so much better than having RVs of all types stacked in a traditional storage area! Easy access, close to my home, and 24/7 security checks. I rate 5 stars (hope I don’t jinx myself!) to date and definitely recommend working with Carleen. Mike

Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

Ease of use Ease of use. The fact that they offer insurance so long as payment is done through them is a very nice thing. Ability to easily communicate with potential clients.
