Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

The worst service I have ever used Words cannot describe how terrible this service is. I rented space through Neighbor and the person renting the space moved into the storage unit. Neighbor assured me that they would help remove him from the space and cover all fees. After 60 days, they gave up and told me I had to take on legal costs to remove the renter and best of all, they cancelled the reservation 1 day before the payout and said they would not payout the scheduled rent any longer. Stay away from this company.

Best financial opportunity ever I could not imagine collecting from 14 renters each month, with Neighbor it is effortless. And I know I will always get paid regardless of the renter paying. And I have insurance. The best financial decision I have made was using my backyard to make money. Thank you, Neighbor!
