A very good space for parking I started to use the parking lot since September this year. There is no untowards incident occurred so far. The driver share to use the same parking lot is very nice and friendly. Besides, the parking lot secured with a lock which can prevent from other people easy to get in.

Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

Renter Beware I was told I would be paying 180.00 per month for a garage. I'm actually paying 220.00 due to monthly'service fees' that were never mentioned while signing up. They make you pay through the app so you don't have a choice. 360.00 PER YEAR IN SERVICE FEES THAT YOU WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN A HEADS UP ABOUT. THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. IM NOW QUITTING NEIGHBOR (BUT ILL BE STAYING IN THE SAME PLACE IF YOU GET MY MEANING)

I’ve been a host for over 8 Months now… I’ve been a host for over 8 Months now and love the experience. I’ve had three different renters storing a boat, construction trailer, and an RV. Each paid the rate Neighbor auto set for me with smart pricing and each renter stayed ~2-3 months each. Overall an excellent experience!

Ease of use Ease of use. The fact that they offer insurance so long as payment is done through them is a very nice thing. Ability to easily communicate with potential clients.
