Best financial opportunity ever I could not imagine collecting from 14 renters each month, with Neighbor it is effortless. And I know I will always get paid regardless of the renter paying. And I have insurance. The best financial decision I have made was using my backyard to make money. Thank you, Neighbor!

Everything is good so far Everything is good so far, but I don’t appreciate Neighbor forcing us to send invites every time in order to stay as top host. I get it, it helps to market you, but it in no way reflects us as top host with customers. It comes off a bit tacky and desperate. Other than that I would still recommend Neighbor via word of mouth.

Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.
