Best financial opportunity ever I could not imagine collecting from 14 renters each month, with Neighbor it is effortless. And I know I will always get paid regardless of the renter paying. Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

Have extra space make extra money You have to wait till the end of the month to receive payment and then that takes a few processing days. Neighbors platform has a few fees that you want to keep in mind. Customer service is pretty responsive for the most part. Make sure if you’re offering a discounted price on first month that they’ll be renting for additional months also. So far it’s ok to use

Very Good, Could be Great My experience has been good in getting a response from the company in a timely & satisfactory manner. It would be great if you could also help us get more renters & faster.
