I would recommend Neighbor Neighbor has been really awesome. We are making money with our unused land. The folks who run Neighbor do regular check-ins to see how I'm doing and give lots of tips and advice on what I can change/improve my page to attract more clientele. Every time ive had and issue they respond very quickly to my emails. I love it!

SPAM CENTRAL! The service is OK depending on which property owner you get. But don't let them get ahold of your email address, you will get constant spam, even if you were just browsing. And you can't leave a review on their website, which only posts 5 star reviews.

Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

I have a wonderful renter I have a wonderful renter who is going into her second month renting from me. She notifies me whenever she’s coming and she’s very kind. Neighbor was easy to post my available lots for rent and payment was seamless.
