I have a wonderful renter I have a wonderful renter who is going into her second month renting from me. She notifies me whenever she’s coming and she’s very kind. Neighbor was easy to post my available lots for rent and payment was seamless.

The worst service I have ever used Words cannot describe how terrible this service is. I rented space through Neighbor and the person renting the space moved into the storage unit. Neighbor assured me that they would help remove him from the space and cover all fees. After 60 days, they gave up and told me I had to take on legal costs to remove the renter and best of all, they cancelled the reservation 1 day before the payout and said they would not payout the scheduled rent any longer. Stay away from this company.

Everything is good so far Everything is good so far, but I don’t appreciate Neighbor forcing us to send invites every time in order to stay as top host. I get it, it helps to market you, but it in no way reflects us as top host with customers. It comes off a bit tacky and desperate. Other than that I would still recommend Neighbor via word of mouth.

Customer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.
