I am happy with the storage area and… I am happy with the storage area and arrangement I found through Neighbor. I am parking my Class A motorhome at the Tanger Outlets in a designated parking area. It is so much better than having RVs of all types stacked in a traditional storage area! Easy access, close to my home, and 24/7 security checks. A very good space for parking I started to use the parking lot since September this year. There is no untowards incident occurred so far. The driver share to use the same parking lot is very nice and friendly. Besides, the parking lot secured with a lock which can prevent from other people easy to get in.

The worst service I have ever used Words cannot describe how terrible this service is. I rented space through Neighbor and the person renting the space moved into the storage unit. Neighbor assured me that they would help remove him from the space and cover all fees. After 60 days, they gave up and told me I had to take on legal costs to remove the renter and best of all, they cancelled the reservation 1 day before the payout and said they would not payout the scheduled rent any longer. Stay away from this company.
