GBI’ve been a host for over 8 Months now… I’ve been a host for over 8 Months now and love the experience. I’ve had three different renters storing a boat, construction trailer, and an RV. Each paid the rate Neighbor auto set for me with smart pricing and each renter stayed ~2-3 months each. Overall an excellent experience!

GBRenter Beware I was told I would be paying 180.00 per month for a garage. I'm actually paying 220.00 due to monthly'service fees' that were never mentioned while signing up. They make you pay through the app so you don't have a choice. 360.00 PER YEAR IN SERVICE FEES THAT YOU WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN A HEADS UP ABOUT. THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. IM NOW QUITTING NEIGHBOR (BUT ILL BE STAYING IN THE SAME PLACE IF YOU GET MY MEANING)

GBBest financial opportunity ever I could not imagine collecting from 14 renters each month, with Neighbor it is effortless. And I know I will always get paid regardless of the renter paying.
