A very good space for parking I started to use the parking lot since September this year. There is no untowards incident occurred so far. The driver share to use the same parking lot is very nice and friendly. Besides, the parking lot secured with a lock which can prevent from other people easy to get in.

Best financial opportunity ever I could not imagine collecting from 14 renters each month, with Neighbor it is effortless. And I know I will always get paid regardless of the renter paying. Ease of use Ease of use. The fact that they offer insurance so long as payment is done through them is a very nice thing. Ability to easily communicate with potential clients.

Renter Beware I was told I would be paying 180.00 per month for a garage. I'm actually paying 220.00 due to monthly'service fees' that were never mentioned while signing up. They make you pay through the app so you don't have a choice. 360.00 PER YEAR IN SERVICE FEES THAT YOU WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN A HEADS UP ABOUT. THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. IM NOW QUITTING NEIGHBOR (BUT ILL BE STAYING IN THE SAME PLACE IF YOU GET MY MEANING)
