The worst service I have ever used Words cannot describe how terrible this service is. I rented space through Neighbor and the person renting the space moved into the storage unit. Neighbor assured me that they would help remove him from the space and cover all fees. After 60 days, they gave up and told me I had to take on legal costs to remove the renter and best of all, they cancelled the reservation 1 day before the payout and said they would not payout the scheduled rent any longer. Stay away from this company.

Renter Beware I was told I would be paying 180.00 per month for a garage. I'm actually paying 220.00 due to monthly'service fees' that were never mentioned while signing up. They make you pay through the app so you don't have a choice. 360.00 PER YEAR IN SERVICE FEES THAT YOU WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN A HEADS UP ABOUT. THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. IM NOW QUITTING NEIGHBOR (BUT ILL BE STAYING IN THE SAME PLACE IF YOU GET MY MEANING)

I have a wonderful renter I have a wonderful renter who is going into her second month renting from me. She notifies me whenever she’s coming and she’s very kind. Neighbor was easy to post my available lots for rent and payment was seamless.
