GBSPAM CENTRAL! The service is OK depending on which property owner you get. But don't let them get ahold of your email address, you will get constant spam, even if you were just browsing. And you can't leave a review on their website, which only posts 5 star reviews.

It would be great if you could also help us get more renters & faster. I've been trying to rent my garage for over a month at your suggested price but have not found a suitable renter yet. GBI have a wonderful renter I have a wonderful renter who is going into her second month renting from me. She notifies me whenever she’s coming and she’s very kind. Neighbor was easy to post my available lots for rent and payment was seamless.

GBHave extra space make extra money You have to wait till the end of the month to receive payment and then that takes a few processing days. Neighbors platform has a few fees that you want to keep in mind. Customer service is pretty responsive for the most part. Make sure if you’re offering a discounted price on first month that they’ll be renting for additional months also. So far it’s ok to use
