GBCustomer service will harass owners You will be sent a barrage of texts and emails and calls if you don’t respond to reservations immediately. This is even true if you already have a guest in the parking stall through neighbor. They will also take away payouts after reservation based on renters comments and reviews. Do not recommend.

GBRenter Beware I was told I would be paying 180.00 per month for a garage. I'm actually paying 220.00 due to monthly'service fees' that were never mentioned while signing up. They make you pay through the app so you don't have a choice. 360.00 PER YEAR IN SERVICE FEES THAT YOU WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN A HEADS UP ABOUT. THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. IM NOW QUITTING NEIGHBOR (BUT ILL BE STAYING IN THE SAME PLACE IF YOU GET MY MEANING)

GBEasy connection to renters Neighbor definitely makes it easy to connect with vetted tenants. The piece of mind helps to have some assurance of payment as the rentee. They do take a significant piece of proceeds and charge the renter on their end too, but I continue with Neighbor out of ease of connecting with renters and guarantee of payments.
