SCAM. STAY AWAY. WORST MOVERS. THEY RUINED A COUCH. Our bed. My daughters crib. AND DESTROYED a hallway at our apartment complex. They had no clue what they were doing. Be ware of this scam.

Missing Items I had issues with one of our frames, the movers broke the glass and when we got it replaced the glass was too big. It’s cool. I got a full new frame. When I finally got down to finish unpacking almost all of the boxes I realized I’m missing another box and my husbands electric keyboard. It’s seemed great to use this company because we got the stuff out of our apartment easily and quick. And when our stuff got here. They worked hard and were quick as well. I would just like to know where are my missing items.

CRIMINALS 10/29/2022 I have never seen a business act so irresponsibly - I don't even know where to begin. In early September we hired Best Fit to move us out of our 3 bedroom house and store our things for a few months. Everything was already boxed up and packed - They just needed to move and store. Each time they lifted a new object, there was an up-charge. They missed items that they said they'd come back for and never did. We never got any real estimate for the move or the storage - they just decided to tell us after having our belongings held hostage. 6k for the move and $1400/month for storage. UNREAL! I've called and left messages with their Claims Department COUNTLESS times and never a call back - I wanted to discuss the crummy move and the expense, but no luck. Finally today, the day they're moving us out of storage and into our new house, I got a hold of Reuben in Claims - I told him we wanted to talk to someone before paying in full. That the movers were to be at the house at 10am and got there at 2:30. They damaged the neighbors brick fencing. Reuben told me no claims could be made until I pay in full - Then I come to this site and see this is how they operate. Now I tell him I won't pay, that I want to talk to a human about how to resolve this and frankly have them reduce the costs! To this, Reuben calls the movers and tells them to stop loading our belongings until we pay in full. CRIMINALS.

Would leave negative stars if it was an option This company was hired last week beginning of March 2023, and was nothing but unprofessional , the driver of the truck ran into my entry gate and then proceeded to tell me that it was not a big deal. (See photos) I attempted to contact the company who you would think would contact me because they caused damage to my gate. The phone numbers to claims go nowhere dead ends with no voicemails not once has anyone answered my call I reported them to BBB . And will most likely have to take them to small claims to resolve this . I sent an email and no responses ever no responses or callbacks from any managers. I’ve left messages with the person and sales Martin who answered the phone is very unprofessional. This company is all about taking your money and no customer service untrustworthy not someone you want moving your personal items. No respect for your property. They then proceeded to ask my sister for a tip after all this, and they tried to guilt her into it by saying that the coworkers think that one of the persons pocketed a tip so to send a Venmo tip very unprofessional I would never hire them steer clear!
