Would definitely recommend! Second time of moving with these movers and team was great. Arrived as expected and were friendly and efficient on a large delivery including packing service. Pricing was competitive also. We don’t plan to move again anytime soon but I would certainly look to use them again if we do! Many thanks to all members of staff.

Excellent job! The guys were absolutely awesome: prompt, professional, respectful of customers & property, friendly, trustworthy; the list goes on...! They couldn’t do enough for us; a real credit goes to them. They definitely raise the bar in this line of work; trust me, we’ve had some experiences! Full marks plus some more extra! This has been a nightmare dealing with… This has been a nightmare dealing with these folks as time to move as approached. The deception on pricing, the huge increase due to additional cubic feet that is at least 100cf over estimated. And Fred couldn't be more condescending and an a.....e about things. I will be placing calls to every C level person to the owner to state how beyond dissatisfied I am by the terrible, rude and disrespectful customer experience

Carley is Amazing! American Movers Direct's customer service is very thoughtful. I had to cancel my move with them due to my 2 yr. old doberman being in the ER - and they were able to work some magic and help me in the time of need. I couldn't be more thankful and appreciative of Carley, who took care of my situation with both compassion and care. Thank you guys for dealing with a hard person to deal with (myself), and working with me. I sincerely and whole heartedly appreciate it!

They did get in contact with us They did get in contact with us. We finally received our belongings after 7 months. They paid for 1/2 the move to get it all the way here. They were going to pay the full amount and help with damages and getting our refund from MD transportation but we lost communication with them in December.
