No "Customer Support" response needed unless it is to contact me regarding returning the $8500 payment made.

This out fit is filled with crooks This out fit is filled with crooks. They quoted a rate and then increased it 3 fold. They demanded a $1000 deposit, they couldn't find a crew to accept the job. They over promised and underdelivered. when they were sick of hearing from me, they blocked my number. Craig, Jeffery and Benjamin are crooks. 415-549-0655, call them if you want to be ripped off. These Aholes should be in jail

GBI had a terrible experience with this… I had a terrible experience with this company. The red flag should’ve flown when the informed me that I couldn’t use my credit car for payment but to send a wire. Wrong move! I after reading all the terrible reviews I cancelled the service, but they did not send my credit. I am a senior single with limited funds, but they basically ignored me. So, all in all they stole $2500. They have no morals nor compassion. Please do not use this company if you don’t want to be ripped off. They have a habit I see of replying to the bad reviews, but it’s all lies, and twisting facts.

GBThey did get in contact with us They did get in contact with us. We finally received our belongings after 7 months. They paid for 1/2 the move to get it all the way here. They were going to pay the full amount and help with damages and getting our refund from MD transportation but we lost communication with them in December.

GBCarley is Amazing! American Movers Direct's customer service is very thoughtful. I had to cancel my move with them due to my 2 yr. old doberman being in the ER - and they were able to work some magic and help me in the time of need. I couldn't be more thankful and appreciative of Carley, who took care of my situation with both compassion and care. Thank you guys for dealing with a hard person to deal with (myself), and working with me. I sincerely and whole heartedly appreciate it!
