GBNever use this company !! Never use this company !!! I've been going back and forth with this company for 2 days, to the point they have blocked both of my phone numbers. I just want my $1000 back that all.... Customer service doesn't things clear upon booking for 4/18 called them on 4/17. My information was given to Rep Craig. Spoke with many reps in the 48 hours there but this person name Craig stated that he was the person I booked with, then I ask to speak with Benjamin and if he is there to speak with. This guy stated that he wasn't there. I booked last minute due to someone company not being able to take our requested day and time. Both with a person name Benjamin on 4/18 stated that I only had 1100 to work with and he found that someone changed there date and I can take there spot and would only charge me only 1000 dollars. Then told me in order for me to lock the booking I had to send them the money the same day though via Venmo while on the phone. I told him I had Zelle and don't use my Venmo for large amounts. He said I can send thought Zelle under a name Brain Brakal who is a Manager. After sending the money to finish the booking with Ben who was the person on the phone sounded like Craig from the 19th. I signed off for payment of the $1000 dollars never heard anything about and extra 2,300 dollars. I ask for the agreement and it was never sent to my email address. I was sent a signature invoice via text and after I signed it I can't get back to it because they must of changed the setting so customers can't get into it after the customer signed. He told me to give it a few minutes and it will be sent over. The rep only took a ticket and asking for updates, that started 18th at around 4am nothing happen. I called 4/19 after never receiving a update on pickup and delivery Craig answer the phone I asked him what is going with this company. You guys don't call customers back with updates. I told this guy Craig I want my money back because you guys didn't give service to me and wasn't made aware of 2,300 extra when I told you I only had 1,100 to work with. They could've easily said no and I would've went on about my day.They just took my money and said you can cancel but you will not get a refund back. THAT"S A SCAM!!!!! I work too hard for my money!!!!

GBFantastic! I was looking around comparing movers and packers, it when I came across these movers. I spoke to a guy via call who quoted me prices for my home move. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we can and cannot do. Regarding how many boxes we will need, arranging transport etc. Everything was transparent and no hidden additional charges.

GBThank god I didn't give them money Thank god I didn't give them money. They want you to sign an agreement before you even realize that they take only Venmo or some other BS. Then say "well we could take you to collections because you signed an agreement". No credit cards or debit cards accepted due to some "high yield credit card issue". They say if you leave the call they can never "get you the quote" again. Reddit has a post showing these guys are basically a front. My dad always said if it's too good to be true it always is. Too continue my response, you can’t use credit or debit card. Can you explain why? Why would a reputable business only take cash app/venmo? It’s so they can ghost people and take their deposit. Just look at all the reviews.

GBThis has been a nightmare dealing with… This has been a nightmare dealing with these folks as time to move as approached. The deception on pricing, the huge increase due to additional cubic feet that is at least 100cf over estimated. And Fred couldn't be more condescending and an a.....e about things. I will be placing calls to every C level person to the owner to state how beyond dissatisfied I am by the terrible, rude and disrespectful customer experience

GBWARNING!! WARNING! Use EXTREME CAUTION if you decide to give this company your money. They have stolen $8500 and I was forced to move my own things after I refused to give them more money for the scam. If they have scammed you, there are resources available to report. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration fmcsa - file a complaint The Wyoming Attorney General, Consumer Protection and Antitrust Unit. No "Customer Support" response needed unless it is to contact me regarding returning the $8500 payment made.
