Nice crew! Could not recommend this company enough…. Gratitude goes to the whole moving team who moved me. A huge move for me after 20yrs and it couldn’t have gone any better. They kept me up to date on arrival time due to traffic. Communication was great and professionalism at it highest. Reassurance from them and problem solving with regards to my furniture. What I thought would be a stressful day turned into a stress free day. Thank you. Highly recommended.

BEWARE!!! SCAM - FRAUD Takes Money, won't refund UPDATE: American Movers Direct replied and none of it was true, at all! We DID NOT try to add additional items. They are lying. We were told straight up we cannot cancel because of peak season which is essentially every single day of the year. No movers were ever dispatched. American Movers Direct is a SCAM! They took my mother's check before she signed the agreement to hold until the agreement was signed. Sebastian Monroe cashed it immediately. When we requested a refund/cancellation of service, he demanded over and over that in order to process the refund, the agreement would need to be signed. He was extremely aggressive and rude. Once the agreement was signed and a formal cancellation request was submitted, the refund was denied due to being in peak season which they define as April 1 to March 5 each year only leaving a 26 day window in which service could be cancelled. DO NOT do business with these scam artists. They will steal your money and not perform the agreed upon service.

I had a horrendous experience with this… I had a horrendous experience with this moving company. They initially provided a deceptive low estimate, only to demand an extra $2000 at delivery. Worse yet, I had to leave belongings behind due to their lack of space. This company is a complete scam; don't fall for their misleading sales pitch. Avoid at all costs. They did not transport my vehicle like they say in their reply. I had to get my car fixed and drove it from California to Colorado. So there is another lie they just told.

Bad company Bad company. They will misquote you then take your deposit. Bad customer service and overall not a good company. Don’t trust their fake 5 star reviews on their site.

This out fit is filled with crooks This out fit is filled with crooks. They quoted a rate and then increased it 3 fold. They demanded a $1000 deposit, they couldn't find a crew to accept the job. They over promised and underdelivered. when they were sick of hearing from me, they blocked my number. Craig, Jeffery and Benjamin are crooks. 415-549-0655, call them if you want to be ripped off.
