GBWould definitely recommend! Second time of moving with these movers and team was great. Arrived as expected and were friendly and efficient on a large delivery including packing service. Pricing was competitive also. We don’t plan to move again anytime soon but I would certainly look to use them again if we do! Many thanks to all members of staff.

GBExcellent job! Team members was excellent! They were transparent and accurate with their pricing, and were timely with everything! The movers were professional and efficient. I greatly appreciated how they took care in wrapping my items and made sure not to scuff walls when moving. Would definitely hire them for my next move!

GBBEWARE!!! SCAM - FRAUD Takes Money, won't refund UPDATE: American Movers Direct replied and none of it was true, at all! We DID NOT try to add additional items. They are lying. We were told straight up we cannot cancel because of peak season which is essentially every single day of the year. No movers were ever dispatched. American Movers Direct is a SCAM! They took my mother's check before she signed the agreement to hold until the agreement was signed. Sebastian Monroe cashed it immediately. When we requested a refund/cancellation of service, he demanded over and over that in order to process the refund, the agreement would need to be signed. He was extremely aggressive and rude. Once the agreement was signed and a formal cancellation request was submitted, the refund was denied due to being in peak season which they define as April 1 to March 5 each year only leaving a 26 day window in which service could be cancelled. DO NOT do business with these scam artists. They will steal your money and not perform the agreed upon service.

GBThank god I didn't give them money Thank god I didn't give them money. They want you to sign an agreement before you even realize that they take only Venmo or some other BS. Then say "well we could take you to collections because you signed an agreement". No credit cards or debit cards accepted due to some "high yield credit card issue". They say if you leave the call they can never "get you the quote" again. Reddit has a post showing these guys are basically a front. My dad always said if it's too good to be true it always is. Too continue my response, you can’t use credit or debit card. Can you explain why? Why would a reputable business only take cash app/venmo? It’s so they can ghost people and take their deposit. Just look at all the reviews.

GBFantastic! I was looking around comparing movers and packers, it when I came across these movers. I spoke to a guy via call who quoted me prices for my home move. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we can and cannot do. Regarding how many boxes we will need, arranging transport etc. Everything was transparent and no hidden additional charges.
