GBBeware of No worries moving: Deceptive Practices and Unprofessional Behavior My recent encounter with No Worries Moving (right.) was an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. This moving company is a perfect example of what to avoid at all costs. They engage in deceptive practices, adding extra costs before the drivers even arrive. Not only that, but their drivers take twice as long as expected to reach the destination. To make matters worse, they refuse to provide an invoice and resort to threats and coercion to extort immediate payment. It's no wonder this company always has availability; no one wants to use them because of their terrible reputation. To begin, during my initial conversation with Sylvia, I received an estimate for moving my EXTREMELY small one-bedroom. The quote included a flat fee of $102 to cover mileage and travel costs, along with a rate of $136 per hour, for an estimate of 2 hours. I explicitly inquired about any hidden fees, and I was assured that the company prided itself on transparency. Little did I know that I was about to experience the complete opposite. Despite scheduling the move for 9 am, the movers didn't arrive until 10:25 am, wasting my time and causing unnecessary delays. I hopped into an Uber right as they departed from my old apartment, and reached my new apartment in under 25 minutes. The drivers managed to turn what should have been a straightforward half-hour journey to the same destination into an agonizing hour-long ordeal. Upon arrival, they insisted that the ‘time in travel’ would not count towards my bill but demanded an upfront payment of $600 via Zelle. They claimed that the ‘remaining fee’ would be returned to me later. Confused and frustrated, I contacted Sylvia, who directed me to their ‘manager,’ Rachel. My encounter with Rachel was nothing short of a nightmare. She insisted that I owed $482.45 for 3.5 hours of work, claiming that the movers started at 10 am. I vehemently disagreed, explaining that they didn't actually begin until 10:30 am due to their late arrival. Rachel's response was shockingly hostile and defensive, accusing me of implying that her employees were stealing from the company. When I mentioned that the drivers themselves had assured me that the commute time wasn't added to the final bill, she stated that they were merely employees and didn't have the authority to provide such information. She went as far as lying about checking the GPS and claimed that the movers were present at 10 am, which was a blatant fabrication. Instead of addressing the issues honestly, Rachel resorted to threatening me with continuous charges if I didn't make the payment right then and there, and that too via ‘Zelle.’ Feeling coerced, I reluctantly made the payment without receiving an invoice as proof of the transaction, which further added to my concerns about their lack of transparency. Later, Rachel contacted me again, claiming to understand my frustration and offering to start a claim, conveniently mentioning that she couldn't assist earlier due to her manager's presence. This inconsistent behaviour only intensified my frustration and reinforced their deceptive practices. Despite reaching out to them numerous times—through both calls and emails—I have yet to receive a written invoice for the payment I made or any kind of documentation. They have consistently ignored my requests, leaving me in disbelief and feeling scammed. I strongly caution anyone against using them. They have a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. Spare yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss by choosing a reputable moving company that values transparency, reliability, and honest customer service.

GBNo Worries Movers did a half job with… No Worries Movers did a half job with my move, they left a lot of my stuff at the old place, there truck wasn't big enough to move my two bedroom apartment I had to rent a Uhaul to move the rest of the apartment, on top of that they charged me another $100 when we got to the new apartment before they started unloading my stuff talking about labor and time!👎👎👎***I would like to Re-Rate No Worries Movers to ⭐⭐⭐⭐stars because I really didn't give them the chance to rectify the problem I was frustrated! They came back and reimbursed me👍👍👍

GBI am so Pissed Off I am so Pissed Off. I have been calling this moving company that I hired to move me today. I was scheduled for 9am and they are a NO SHOW!!! I have been calling them since 7:30am and no one will return my calls. I have also been emailing them. Rachel claim to be so detailed oriented and compassionate but this is a lie. All they did was keep my $400.00 deposit. THIS IS A SCAM and I will be filing a police report and contacting the BBB. Money is already tight and you have the audacity to steal it. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
