GBMoving out of my condo was abnormally a… Moving out of my condo was abnormally a fabulous encounter on account of this organization. They where fast and proficient and courteous. My entire condo was moved in two or three hours, and it was finished with incredible tender loving care. I am totally happy with this administration and would prescribe it to anybody with an up and coming move. Astounding work !

GBI WOULD NOT REFER THIS MOVING COMPANY… I WOULD NOT REFER THIS MOVING COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! I moved 7/18/2023, and no one has gotten back to me. The movers damaged all of my flat screen TV’s, they both have lines through them now. They broke my glass living room table and my glass mirror that matches the table. When I put down my deposit I told Rachael Torez that I had very heavy furniture. Neither of my movers were capable for this move!!! I even bought them lunch. The company will not call back and we have tried calling them several times. I am now going to have to spend money suing them for my merchandise because as I have open boxes this week I have glassware broken and they charged me $800. My table that they broke was purchased six months prior for $1700 and it cannot be fixed I had to reorder. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU LIKE YOUR WALLS IN A NEW HOME. My walls now have scuffs and marks and has to be redone because of the furniture dings bringing in my furniture. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBUnprofessional, awful!!!! The name is noworries but we worried a lot!!! They came 3 hours late! They are so unprofessional, no wrapping paper! It was a rainy day but they went inside to the clean beige carpets with their muddy shoes, they blamed the rain, no shoe cover, no equipment, no covering paper, no shrink wrap with them and the manager was speaking on the phone like he was joking! They did not do anything that we agreed on the phone and even e-mails in a written way. Terrible company!!! please do not choose them, now we understand why they are cheaper than the other moving companies! I hope we will get our money back as promised because they completed their work earlier than expected.

GBBeware of No worries moving: Deceptive Practices and Unprofessional Behavior My recent encounter with No Worries Moving (right.) was an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. This moving company is a perfect example of what to avoid at all costs. They engage in deceptive practices, adding extra costs before the drivers even arrive. Not only that, but their drivers take twice as long as expected to reach the destination. To make matters worse, they refuse to provide an invoice and resort to threats and coercion to extort immediate payment. It's no wonder this company always has availability; no one wants to use them because of their terrible reputation. To begin, during my initial conversation with Sylvia, I received an estimate for moving my EXTREMELY small one-bedroom. The quote included a flat fee of $102 to cover mileage and travel costs, along with a rate of $136 per hour, for an estimate of 2 hours. I explicitly inquired about any hidden fees, and I was assured that the company prided itself on transparency. Little did I know that I was about to experience the complete opposite. Despite scheduling the move for 9 am, the movers didn't arrive until 10:25 am, wasting my time and causing unnecessary delays. I hopped into an Uber right as they departed from my old apartment, and reached my new apartment in under 25 minutes. The drivers managed to turn what should have been a straightforward half-hour journey to the same destination into an agonizing hour-long ordeal. Upon arrival, they insisted that the ‘time in travel’ would not count towards my bill but demanded an upfront payment of $600 via Zelle. They claimed that the ‘remaining fee’ would be returned to me later. Confused and frustrated, I contacted Sylvia, who directed me to their ‘manager,’ Rachel. My encounter with Rachel was nothing short of a nightmare. She insisted that I owed $482.45 for 3.5 hours of work, claiming that the movers started at 10 am. I vehemently disagreed, explaining that they didn't actually begin until 10:30 am due to their late arrival. Rachel's response was shockingly hostile and defensive, accusing me of implying that her employees were stealing from the company. When I mentioned that the drivers themselves had assured me that the commute time wasn't added to the final bill, she stated that they were merely employees and didn't have the authority to provide such information. She went as far as lying about checking the GPS and claimed that the movers were present at 10 am, which was a blatant fabrication. Instead of addressing the issues honestly, Rachel resorted to threatening me with continuous charges if I didn't make the payment right then and there, and that too via ‘Zelle.’ Feeling coerced, I reluctantly made the payment without receiving an invoice as proof of the transaction, which further added to my concerns about their lack of transparency. Later, Rachel contacted me again, claiming to understand my frustration and offering to start a claim, conveniently mentioning that she couldn't assist earlier due to her manager's presence. This inconsistent behaviour only intensified my frustration and reinforced their deceptive practices. Despite reaching out to them numerous times—through both calls and emails—I have yet to receive a written invoice for the payment I made or any kind of documentation. They have consistently ignored my requests, leaving me in disbelief and feeling scammed. I strongly caution anyone against using them. They have a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. Spare yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss by choosing a reputable moving company that values transparency, reliability, and honest customer service.

GBI’m still waiting on them right now I’m waiting on them right now. No courtesy calls, horrible communication after Sylvia received my deposit. I should’ve chosen to look up reviews before following through with them. But here I am 😩
