David and Daniel were awesome David and Daniel were awesome, they wrapped everything so fast and efficient with providing extra attention and care for my antique wall clock. I won't forget Rachel! She was so easy to talk to, her customer service skills are amazing! Those follow up calls really helped us with being well prepared for our moving date if you like it easy and stress free. IF YOU HIRE THEM YOU WILL WORRY If you want to worry and stress during your move then hire them. If you want a stress free move don't hire them. These people are scam artists and should not be in business. Movers damaged my funiture and slacked off on the job now the company refuses to reimburse me after they promised they would. If for whatever reason you hired them DO NOT PAY THEM HALFWAY THROUGH ON ZELLE. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!

Rachel lied about everything Rachel lied about everything. They showed up with two new guys that did not know what to do. They were supposed to pack up the kitchen and other stuff. They did not have any supplies. They had to leave to pick up boxes. No bubble wrap for kitchen. To top it off They charged us an extra 700.00. The owner is rude and they said they were going to confiscate our stuff if we did not pay. Buyer BECAREFUL THEY ARE SCAMMERS FOR MORE MONEY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

They showed up 6 1/2 hours late with no… They showed up 6 1/2 hours late with no call to advise me!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND FINALLY RECEIVED A CALL BACK 4 hours later, EXCUSE being the movers for 1st job never showed up and had to call for backup, and why NOT contact me?!?!? NO MONEY BACK BECAUSE IT IS AGAINST IL LAW TO DO SO!! NERVE RACKING & STRESSFUL; NOT TO MENTION HAD TO PAY EXTRA because they went over the 3.5 hours quoted!! UNACCEPTABLE!! THEY RUINED THE ENTIRE DAY!! NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Asked for managers name & number...went straight to VM and VM wasn't set up...mmm..I wonder why!?!?!.

I truly wish each record chief… I truly wish each record chief resembles Chris. He's not just supportive, proficient and productive too. His react to messages is practically moment and consistently keep me educated on the movement and conclusive outcome on each worry that I approached him for collaborator.
