GBWorked out fine Took a chance with them and I’m glad I did, Fred was the one I spoke with and at first their price sounded a little low but so was my budget so I took a chance and went with it. To sum it all up the dudes arrived on time, worked quickly and got my stuff there in one piece. I’d give them 5 stars but I’m a firm believer that nobody’s perfect.

GBGreat job and we are super thankful to you! They arrived promptly and began working on my move without delay. Following my instructions on what to retain and what do discard, they escorted me around the house and attended to all other matters. In my new home, they loaded all of my belongings without destroying a single wall. I would gladly suggest them to anyone.

GBShady Company and Cons as brokers This is probably the most shadiest moving company I have ever came across. Talk to the guy Anthony on multiple occasions and the only reason I am giving them 2 stars because even though the movers were late they did show up and do a great job. But this con man Anthony quoted me a price for about 700 cubic feet for a 3 bedroom house. 700 cubic barely would fit my living room furniture. When I questioned him about this he tried to act like it was the driver's that limited me to this space. Worst part is that while on the phone with this loser I told him multiple times what I needed and what I was looking for and he guaranteed me a price that wasn't even plausible and I end up having to pay over 3000 dollars more, which I only did because I was really in a bind. If you have to deal with this guy I would not believe a word he says and I would always go with the second opinion.

GBAbsolutely terrible from start to… Absolutely terrible from start to finish! Fred is a con artist of the worst kind. Blatantly lied to us about many important factors concerning our long distance move and was conveniently never available to take our calls when problems arose. We were told by the actual movers that our things would be in storage for up to 30 days and the move would cost double what was quoted. We had no choice but to pay it and they demanded cash only which was completely contrary to what Fred had assured us. Some very expensive items were badly damaged when our things finally arrived and that "mover" claimed to know nothing about it or filing claims. Once again a shoddy company doing very bad business! This was not our first long distance move but by far the worst!

GBAmerican Way Movers Stay Away from them!!! About a month ago, we contacted American Way Movers to move our belongings from my parents' house in Texas to Wisconsin. We had a pleasant interaction with Relocation Specialist Anthony Stranahan, where we listed our items and made an upfront payment of $1024. Our pickup date was supposed to be on March 20th, but with a one-day delay, a team of two arrived on March 21st to collect our belongings from Texas. Upon their arrival, without even counting the items, they claimed that our inventory, according to the list we provided, was twice as much and increased the agreed price for 20 additional boxes from $2321 to $4521. Naturally, we refused to pay this inflated price, not willing to succumb to their schemes and deceit. Strangely, Anthony Stranahan, whom we could reach every day until pickup day, suddenly became unreachable, and Carlos took over communication. Carlos displayed a disrespectful and insolent attitude, attempting to exploit us with exaggerated price offers. Stay away from this company; they have a disrespectful and unethical business approach. My father intends to take legal action against them.
