GBI booked a hotel through Priceline I booked a hotel through Priceline. I am a gold VIP member of Priceline. A hotel maid tried to correct a freezer compartment that was full of ice by turning the thermostat to coldest setting which ruined expensive medication and food. Priceline had no communication from the owner of Ramada by Wyndham Anaheim even though Sam said he would send information to Priceline so I could go through them for compensation. Priceline would not agree to any financial compensation but instead offered over the phone a future 15% discount providing I would agree to that prior to them sending anything in writing. This in no way was satisfactory and they would not have anyone else considerate in their organization.

GBNightmare...they have no trucks..they… Nightmare...they have no trucks..they find small and inexperienced trucking companies who smash furnishings, lose boxed and demand thousands on the day of pickup to be Venmo's or Zell'd..this is all illegal...run don't walk away and don't say someone didn't warn you.

Started this nightmare back in September when we were trying to move out of an apartment from hell and into our new home. We tried to do uhaul, crate movers like pack rat and the like but everyone was booked up past our move out date. So we started looking at movers and i did the usual tricks to make them sweeten the deal with talking about shopping around. We got them down to what we wanted and figured we would pull the trigger. Pickup turned into a nightmare as they scammed us on the numbers almost doubling the quote after we hand counted and measured every box and pieces of furniture that we had to give them an exact amount of volume. We has to abandon my couch, nightstands and bookshelves. They even had the audacity to claim that we didn't pack any items. After screaming at them about then trying to scam us they backed off and continued the move. We asked for the delivery date to be in early November in October as we had finalized the deal on a house. Week after week I was lied to and week after week my stuff was not being delivered. Everything was stolen after 2 months of constant calling. Smart Van Lines LLC filed a police report. So my world is completely upside down. Made a gofundme to try and offset some expenses as we are starting from scratch at this point. Don't know if it's okay to share it here but NEVER deal with these scammers ever. We have lost around $40,000 and priceless items.

DKPriceline logistics llc was phenomenal Priceline logistics llc was phenomenal! They worked diligently and never rested until the move was completed. Their quote was extremely fair, compared to what we were offered before. They did everything right. I think everyone should just hire them and get rid of their relocation worries.

INFirstly we spoke to Priceline logistics… Firstly we spoke to Priceline logistics llc and informed them of the size of our move, secondly we told them that we were had a budget and wanted the shifting to be done till the levels of what we could financially afford. The company rep was patient to listen to all our queries and quoted us a price perfect for us, also the move that was perfect and something that we could not refuse. We had a lot of belongings and things that were very dear to us. There was no damage at all and we are very happy customers of Priceline logistics llc.
