I am writing this to inform the public… I am writing this to inform the public that are using moving companies to move their furniture from place to place through Priceline. They will take your personal items and you will never see them again. Priceline logistics continues to contract these gypsie companies that steal your furniture and personals. Priceline continues to reward these thieving companies for their bad behavior. SMART VAN LINES is one of these companies that will steal your furniture, just like they stole mine. These companies continue to relocate to different areas trying to hide themselves from the public. They will not answer your calls when you try to contact them. These so called businesses makes the whole moving system look bad. Anyone who has suffered loss of funds due to these companies can go to the better business bureau and the fraud department of your credit card company and they may be able to help you.

Priceline logistics llc team is made… Priceline logistics llc team is made with some true moving professionals. They were willing to work with me on dates. They handled our furniture very carefully to carry down from the third storied apartment. They did an awesome job of protecting our belongings and relocating them in safe manner. They helped to accommodate us in delivering our stuffs at different locations. Everything was rightly finished. They even deliver one day early than they quoted. How could I forget about their good communication method that helped us o remain tension free throughout the move. I would like to use them again.

Huge scam, stay away! Underquoted us in the beginning. Final amount ended up being 3 times more than what was promised. Extremely unprofessional moving company was sent out to collect our stuff. The moving company demanded we pay them in cash. They hired temp workers that looked like they could have just wandered in from the street. All they did was rent a Penske truck and slap their logo on it. For the service I recieved I literally could have rented a truck and done all of it myself and saved THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars. Please tell anyone you know to steer clear! I wasn't able to type my full experience in here because of the character limit, but the whole thing was a huge scam. I was very very surprised that we ended up getting our stuff delivered in the end. Since the day before our move Priceline refuses to answer my phonecalls. They have their money now. Stay away!!!!

Nice I always found relocation to be stressful. The moving companies never made it any easier. But, for our last move we hired Priceline logistics which was just amazing. They quoted very reasonably to start with. Their men maintained their schedules accurately. All four movers were very efficient and reliable. All our stuff was packed and loaded onto the vans in no time. They made the delivery right on the scheduled date. I checked the inventory and everything was in great condition. I am so grateful to this moving company.

Held us hostage .. pirates- Alexander Wilkerning JR Movers - he is a horrible illegal human being - took 4 weeks to get our stuff most of it broken or chipped lies about everything he is not even a citizen he is a foreigner who showed up 2 days late after work hours demanding more money - cashiers check took Venmo - next four weeks hell shows up again to deliver by himself again demanding more cash paid again Venmo - DONT USE these people - you are being exstorted
