Priceline logistics llc team is made… Priceline logistics llc team is made with some true moving professionals. They were willing to work with me on dates. They handled our furniture very carefully to carry down from the third storied apartment. They did an awesome job of protecting our belongings and relocating them in safe manner. They helped to accommodate us in delivering our stuffs at different locations. Everything was rightly finished. They even deliver one day early than they quoted. How could I forget about their good communication method that helped us o remain tension free throughout the move. I would like to use them again.

Huge scam, stay away! Underquoted us in the beginning. Final amount ended up being 3 times more than what was promised. Extremely unprofessional moving company was sent out to collect our stuff. The moving company demanded we pay them in cash. They hired temp workers that looked like they could have just wandered in from the street. All they did was rent a Penske truck and slap their logo on it. For the service I recieved I literally could have rented a truck and done all of it myself and saved THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars. Please tell anyone you know to steer clear! I wasn't able to type my full experience in here because of the character limit, but the whole thing was a huge scam. I was very very surprised that we ended up getting our stuff delivered in the end. Since the day before our move Priceline refuses to answer my phonecalls. They have their money now. Stay away!!!!

Blake Stephens told me my belonging would arrive in 5-7 business days. The movers at my home told me 5-7 business days as well. No one replies to my emails, you cant get anyone on the phone and overall it is terrible customer service. The WORST I have ever seen in from any company! It has now been 8 business days I finally got someone on the phone and they told it would be an additional two weeks! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

The Court ENTERS JUDGEMENT against Smart Van Lines Group Inc. d/b/a Smart Van Lines and Priceline Logistics, LLC, jointly and severally, and in favor of Plaintiffs in the amount of $205,796.48. Finally, Plaintiffs are entitled to statutory post-judgment interest at the rate of 8% compounded annually until the judgment is paid in full. Started this nightmare back in September when we were trying to move out of an apartment from hell and into our new home. We tried to do uhaul, crate movers like pack rat and the like but everyone was booked up past our move out date. So we started looking at movers and i did the usual tricks to make them sweeten the deal with talking about shopping around. We got them down to what we wanted and figured we would pull the trigger. Pickup turned into a nightmare as they scammed us on the numbers almost doubling the quote after we hand counted and measured every box and pieces of furniture that we had to give them an exact amount of volume. We has to abandon my couch, nightstands and bookshelves. They even had the audacity to claim that we didn't pack any items. After screaming at them about then trying to scam us they backed off and continued the move. We asked for the delivery date to be in early November in October as we had finalized the deal on a house. Week after week I was lied to and week after week my stuff was not being delivered. Everything was stolen after 2 months of constant calling. Smart Van Lines LLC filed a police report. So my world is completely upside down. Made a gofundme to try and offset some expenses as we are starting from scratch at this point. Don't know if it's okay to share it here but NEVER deal with these scammers ever. We have lost around $40,000 and priceless items.

I cannot thank Priceline logistics llc… I cannot thank Priceline logistics llc enough. First of all, their price was the best and secondly and most importantly their service was simply amazing. They did everything that they said before the move, saved us money and time by providing useful suggestions and were able to deliver all out stuff in one piece and without any damage! It was really amazing because the distance between NJ to Seattle, WA was something HUGE. I am very glad that I moved with Priceline logistics llc and I will surely recommend them to anyone / everyone who are about to move across the country.
