Don't use if you value your stuff Driver was late and didn't know what he was doing. Movers damaged many pieces of furniture and every single one of our boxes had some kind of damage. 75 inch TV was damaged by the movers. Don't use.

The men who came to pack my belongings… The men who came to pack my belongings were very courteous and pleasant. The truck driver, Brad, was pleasant, helpful, efficient , and very prompt. The process of loading the truck went well. Apparently the unloading did not go well to begin with. The people expected to help did not arrive at all. After 2 hours of waiting, Brad had to find other helpers. I had a friend there to get my belongings situated, and she was inconvenienced as well

I arranged a move from San Diego through AQMS I arranged a move from San Diego, CA to Harrisburg NC through National Van Line's agent, Blake Contardi of Affordable Quality Moving and Storage (AQMS). The signed agreement had a contracted price of $23,960.77. The estimate was signed by both parties on May 13, 2023. Before the agreed upon moving date and after a fully executed contract, National Van Lines informed me of an 8% price increase, and my move would now cost $25,710.41. By this time, all aspects of my move were in place, and I could not find a more reputable moving company. When my household goods were delivered by National Van Lines policy, I had to pay the higher price in full prior to any my belongings being offloaded in my new location. I have contacted AQMS multiple times and they say it is National Van Lines who will not honor my contract with their agent, AQMS.

Horrific company Horrific company. They are a broker and as soon as I signed the contract, stop returning calls or emails. Five days before the move, National Van Lines charged an additional $4,000 for the move. I sent pictures with dimensions of every piece of furniture that was being moved. Two days before the move, I get a call from a different company (Jackson Movers) saying they will be conducting the move. Jackson Movers then charged an additional $3,000 the day they arrived for bogus charges and work they didn't even do. I can't express how horrific National Van Lines is. They should have begun by disclosing that they sold the account and they are just brokers who can care less about their or their contractor's service once you sign on the dotted line.
